Kids had a great time some of the games didn't function. Staff was great and kind. Our celery and carrots were frozen I had... asked for extra since my kids love them. They stated they weren't sure they had any. When my kids tried them told me they werecompletely frozen. Was told they got robbed a week before we visited and now they had security. Read more

We have a service dog and a child came over to him without our permission and the dog barked. The staff said we cannot have a... dog a dog that barks despite telling her why the dog barked. The lunch buffet is okay but not the customer service. Read more

It was so hard to rate a place. I love so very much! Prices are a bit higher these days, we were trying use a coupon, that... sounded good for a family of 6. Buy one get one free. When I went to pay, the coupon range up an extra 2.50. I asked about it,and spoke to a manager, and even possibly a gm. All they could say is sorry, I had to pay for it that's how it rings up. Theextra cost is for the extra topping. No where on the coupon explains having to pay for an extra topping or does it say anythingabout needing to buy a cheese pizza for the second pizza. My understanding is a buy on get on free on topping pizza, is you buya one topping large pizza and you get one exactly the same. But that wasn't the case. I paid the 2.50 and left stillconfused.with no sympathy from the employees. Just a "this is what it is". I called another location. Who were so sweet,understand, and apologize on the behalf of the coupon and that she will bring this up to her gms as well because it can beconfusing. Thanks to the other location on throwing some light and understanding my concern. I just wanted to help otherfamilies who come across this same issue before they get there. My family loves Peter Pipers and will be back. But do need aPeter Pipers rain day fund, to save for our next day at Peter Pipers. Read more

Unpleasant expierence, I miss the good ole days when ?Tony? actually honored his menu and sold the items he had posted. We... planned our anniversary and unfortunately, when we ordered our pitchers of beer the refused to sell them to us. Upon speakingto management, we were unsatisfactorily ushered away. Went Saturday for my daughters Birthday party.. was told I would have a party assistant for our 2 hours. I had to go up to the... counter to ask for cups, to order pizzas, etc. She came to our table once to bring the personal pizza and gift card for tickets.There was only a couple people working so I get it but don't overbook if you dont have the staff to handle it. Reservationincluded balloons and ice cream, didn't get either. Was told they didn't have ice cream anymore. They were out of wings, salad,zucchini... so basically we got pizza... we booked our party here so the adults can have a beer while the kids play, theyweren't selling beer because no one was old enough to sell it??????? She took my driver's license to make sure I pay at the endand didn't give it back, so today when I'm at the store I cant find my DL... I called about 10Xs to let them know I'm coming forit and they didn't answer so I get there and they are all standing around (could have answered the phone) because they areclosing early because they are out of pizza dough... it is awesome that they have so many young people working but theydefinitely need a responsible adult or person to lead the team.
