I LOVE Perico's Taco Salad But NOT from this location (Revel Center on Alexander) first off the Yale location actually makes a... taco BOWL for the taco salad not an Indian Taco, sopaipilla, deflated "bowl" Also for $10 said "Taco bowl" should be filled withenough beef and toppings but sadly as I said my Taco salad looked more like Indian Taco's poor cousin. Been a fan of Perico's for a long time. When we lived on the west side, we ate at the location near Home Depot once a week.... Tacos were amazing, service on point, all the food was fresh, everything worked well.... That said, this location isn't evenclose. Staff is poorly trained, the food isn't even close to the same. We were served old guac. greasy tacos with dry meat, andthe staff can hardly get out a whole sentence. Asked for better quac, and was looked at like I kicked the dog... Kinda sad..after 3 tries, hoping things would improve, we are done. Read more

I got some chicken tacos, they were alright. They were the hard shell type with lettuce and shredded cheese. Not bad. Not great.... A little expensive. We ordered a dozen sopaipillas and one order of Pancras. I will start with the positive. If we only ordered sopas we would give... this a 5 star. But we waited for two sopa's to be made for 10 to 15 minutes which led our Panchas being soggy as soup. I'm gladwe didn't order tacos or who knows what we would have gotten. Read more

Warning, the food from this location is not the same quality as the other locations in town. Save your money. Pros: I ordered... using the online carry out services from Menufy which was easy and convenient. Neat location. I didn't stay but it looks likeall sorts of fun to offer. Cons: Once I arrived, they complained that I ordered from the wrong menu because they have a specialmenu different from the other locations. I used the service they refer on the website so that wasn't even under my control.Someone needs to take accountability and stop blaming the customer. That alone is enough for me to take my money elsewhere butit wasn't the worst offense. They refused to provide the sopa sticks, claiming they only make them on Sunday!? I don't reallybelieve that is a real business process, much less a successful one. Hearing someone makes a claim like that gives me theimpression they don't want to do their job. I could accept that they were out but don't let people order things that you can'tserve. At least give me my $8.79 back. I upgraded a chili relleno burrito to a stuffed sopapilla but they have me a regularburrito and did not give my $2.59 upgrade fee back. I ordered a second chili relleno burrito and that one had a large hairrolled up in the beans. Another 5.89 wasted here. The food that was edible and provided was just not as flavorful and freshtasting as the other locations I've tried. I already feel regret or maybe that's Staphylococcus seeping through my body.
