We have always enjoyed the Pizza from Papa Murphy's when we lived in Idaho. We moved to Southern New Mexico where there are no... stores. So when I have to go to Albuquerque I pick up several of them. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly.Keep up the good work guys!! They have a Creamy Garlic Sauce (white sauce) that we get. Hope they get a store closer to us. ThePizza, salads, cookie dough, and smores are all really good. Big fan of PM! The company?s training are excellent standard operating procedures that allow their pizza makers to handle busy... rush periods. Work place is simple, always neat and tidy, and seldom do they hire or keep personnel who don?t understandfriendly customer relations. PM is a model of a successful busy small business gone big. The pizza was not ready by the stated time. It also was not the correct size, being 14 inches (large) instead of 16 inches... (family). Staff told me the pizza I received was rung up as a large so that was what they made me, even though I paid for afamily size. Talking to the manager was awful. I had to point to my online order receipt and they had no initiative to improvethe situation. When prompted, the manager decided he could offer a dessert "but that's the best I can do," said in a way akin to"don't push your luck." Upon arriving to exchange pizzas (my friend had picked it up for us and thought I had ordered a large),the manager presented another 14" pizza and called it a family size pizza, merely not stretched correctly, flying in the face ofwhat I had been told on the phone by the staff member that supposedly made the pizza. He also flopped from "they made thepizzas" to "I made them" during the conversation. It was clear that he had decided to die on his sword over this, so I left. Imay try this location again, but not for several months, on the hope that this manager will no longer be at that location/employed with Papa Murphy's. Read more

Mark at this location is amazing!!! It?s nice seeing workers who are happy to be at work. We enjoyed our salad after he offered... the 2/$8 deal when my daughter picked out the s?mores dish. His customer service while making our pizza made me want to comeback . And we definitely will soon with the coupons that come with our food! Read more
