Today when I arrived home with my pizza I noticed that there was a long hair on the pizza. I remembered the girl preparing it... had long hair without a net or any hair crunchie. I called the manager who said SHE would remake the pizza. My husband went topick it up and a worker was by the door to exchange the pizza. The place was packed and I am sure they wanted to minimize thesituation however the girl was still preparing pizzas without a net. I will not return to the Montgomery location again. Read more

We always order from the Papa Murphy?s at Smith?s (On Tramway and Central) but out of convenience on errand routine ordered from... this one. Both pizzas we ordered stuck to the paper plate! Nearly impossible to cook crisp and the pizzas ripped apart. Verydisappointed, we never have this issue with our other location. Read more
