Used to be passable-it's papa John's, I have reasonable expectations, but the last two pizzas I've ordered were overcooked or... undercooked, and simply terrible. Read more

In order to receive a negative review from me, you must commit yourself to the highest levels of stupidity and douchebaggery... known to mankind. 99% doesn't cut it here. So it was with Papa John's on the evening of 07/22/22. My delivery driverdemonstrated his genius right from the start by calling me to ask where one of the most well-known, and ONLY motels between SanPedro and Louisiana was located. I've had other pizza companies as well as the Door-Dash type delivery services find my moteland room with zero issue. There's this device called real time GPS that was created and made available to everyone with asmartphone over a decade ago. My father is 74 years old and knows how to operate one, so get with the program. MONEY: I spent$18.95 for a medium 2 topping pizza with extra sauce and cheese. Completely ridiculous. Add a delivery fee of $4.50 = $25.19.Then add $3.79 for a tip and finally $1.84 in tax. Total Cost = $29.07. For a medium pizza. Delivery driver finally figured outhow to get to my address. He then yells out of his car window , "I'm not climbing those stairs for $2.00". The tip was almost$4.00, not $2.00. I used to tip more until the pizza companies decided that their customers should be responsible for theadditional insurance premiums required for body work and anything else beyond the basic state requirements for insuringdrivers. Back to idiot driver of the year: It shouldn't matter if the tip is two cents in the case of this unprofessionaldoughboy; he should be grateful for any opportunity to climb stairs, jog, or even deliver his pizza's via mountain bike beforehis Honey Boo-Boo heart explodes. As near as I can tell, Papa John's should have joined it's racist, alcoholic, Peyton-fluffingfounder on the ash heap of history. Read more

Jose was amazing. The address was wrong and he still delivered my pizzas without question. The same thing had happened earlier... with Dominoes and they refused to deliver the pizza due to the address discrepancy. Jose is a star employee and was very politeand sweet. Read more

I don?t know who needs to hear this but this was probably the worst pizza I have ever had . I tried to force myself to eat this... because I was so hungry but I couldn?t even finish 1 slice. Took an hour to get here and they forgot to put in the sauce Iordered .The manager of this location really needs to talk to their employees. Read more

If you order from the location on Central it is THE BEST!!! Gary makes all of the pizzas that I have gotten( usually at night)... he slays the toppings and follows directions!! I have NEVER. Been disappointed by this location!! He?s the best pizza chefAlbuquerque papa johns have!! I drive 3 minutes just to get one from him and this location. My local location is yucky ???? butGary is the man!!!! No matter how busy they are , he has never messed up or fallen short on quality!! Trust me it?s worth it !!He deserves an award or a raise or do something!!! He?s so needs to train the others on making consistently AMAZING pizzas! The owners of this location need to recognize his commitment. Read more

Really bad big chain pizza. They put tons of sugar in the sauce, it was sickly sweet. Probably to cover up the poor quality... cheese, and mediocre toppings. There was nothing wrong with the unfortunate people who work there. They are just trying to makea living, in a place that clearly does not treat their staff very well. There are so many other pizza joints; real restaurants, run by people who care about their product (and about their employees). Don't go to "Papa John's". Read more
