Got a completely wrong order. I know I shouldn't trust fast food workers by now so I guess it's on me. Got spring rolls instead... of chicken egg rolls, no orange chicken, no extra side of rice. So they stole $6.50 and didn't provide the correct amount ofitems. The workers at this location can't spare any brain power for getting orders correct, all the space is taken up by maltedhops and bong resin. Read more
Not sure what's up with this particular Panda Express, but when I order "bigger plate" in Colorado, the third side is a medium... box, not a tiny box. The scoops of food here are extremely stingy compared to Panda Express in Colorado. I can easily feed mykids with Bigger Plate but about a third of the normal serving was missing. The trays were sooo sticky like they were dipped insweet and sour sauce. Luckily, the floors and tables were clean or cleaner than most Panda places. The employees here arehappier and more personable than most locations and happily accommodated my request for extra sauce. This is truly unique for aPanda Express nationwide so I give them 5 stars for service. Read more
The spring rolls were cold and stale ???? disappointing but my dog didn't mind ???? most of the food sits there all day so it's... not exactly fresh unless you get there right when they open maybe. If I could score a zero, I would. I will never go back to Panda Express. The people working were clueless. They messed up my... drive-through order and I wasn't the only one. There were at least four of us standing by watching the chaos. The older guy inthe kitchen appeared to be eating something (isn't this against code?). It didn't seem like there was a lead or manager helpingthem work through the rush. They were rude and bothered by having to fix our orders much less serve the people in line. Sad tosee that this generation has no understanding of how to work and that there is no customer service and basic life skills beingtaught to these workers. I'm done. Read more
This location is right at the corner of Montgomery and Eubank. Just wanted to try out some fast food from a Chinese place.... Customer service is not the best over here. I'll say thank you and no response... When I finish making my order, then at the endof the transactions, I'll say thank you for my meal and she just walks away. I got a bowl and a plate and the portion size islike they're rationing for world war 3 or something! The brown rice was undercooked and the stir fry was okay. Veggies wereovercooked and it was oily for me. The bowl with the honey chicken was too sweet. All you can taste is sugar! Besides that for20 bucks on a meal that's sitting there in the steam buffet, it's not worth it. I rather go to a real Chinese restaurant andspend my money there. Read more
Had a two item entry 6/22 at around 1 PM. Beijing Beef, Orange Chicken with fried rice; tasty but always tepid right from the... serving pan. I would love to taste their food hot. The cooks were back with a temp sensor; too bad they don't use it on theserving pans and food served. Read more
How is this the proper servings for this? This is rice as a main and the chicken as a side What happened to the portions????... Also, why have the string bean chicken on the menu if you literally never have it any more? Then get annoyed that people keepasking for it. The rice was also somewhat hard and under cooked and the teriyaki chicken was mainly just fat and came with nosauce. Every time we come here I feel more and more ripped off. I'm done coming here. We ordered ahead on the app so my daughter could use her fundraiser code. We arrived lime 5 minutes after we said we would be... there, and food was still not ready. Ordered Teriyaki chicken got home no sauce. Asked for extra soy sauce for 3 people and onlygot 3 packets. It's my fault I should have verified before leaving but it was all requested in the online order. Read more
