Rivals any Italian place I?ve been to in Chicago or New York City. The marinara sauce taste uniquely delicious! Enjoyed... everything about our experience. Read more

We had an amazing experience at Piasanos. We are trying all the restaurants that offer gluten free dining and Piasanos doesn?t... just offer GF food, they make you feel special and are genuinely trying to accommodate and even spoil the GF diner with celiac. The food was excellent; the service was the best we?ve had in years. It was worth driving to Albuquerque for and we are thinkingwe will return for our anniversary. Thank You so much for an excellent experience. Read more

Service was 5 stars. Servers were attentive without being presumptuous. Excellent table service. The atmosphere was excellent.... Lots of details that make this an authentic Italian experience. There is a natural expectation when one sees an entree pricedat $28. With the atmosphere and the service, this anticipation builds. So when the food was merely good. It is at once acompliment, and in some ways not. The food was good. Truly. Just not as good as the build up. Read more

We enjoyed the food. I understand that they make their own noodles, and both the noodles and the sauces were good, but not... outstanding. The service was average. The portions were not at all generous for the price, which is a bit surprising for anItalian restaurant. They seemed especially stingy with the antipasto which was tiny, but cost more than antipasto at mostrestaurants (we got the stuffed mushroom - singular). My wife loved the dessert, which was also smaller than I would expect. Allthe good was good, so I'm not recommending against it, but the value wasn't quite where I wanted it, so I'm not sure we'll begoing again. Read more

As an extreme gluten sensitive, I value any food location I can eat safely, and it's a short list. Paisanos tops that list,... owned by a celiac and his son, they know how to keep the food safe as well as excellent. I had the special of turkey tetraziniand it surpassed expectations: gf pasta was perfectly al dentè, sauce was creamy and seasoned just right, the dish hot to theend. The gf garlic bread melted in the mouth. Coffee was fresh and well balanced. The tiramisu was moist and delicious. It's adelightful change from most places where gluten free means salad and not much else. Brava, Paisanos! Read more
