Menchies is so fun, but a little pricey for what you get. The "worth it" factor is definitely getting to choose multiple flavors... at once and pick your toppings, which you can't do when you buy a tub of ice cream. I got original tart, cheesecake, naturalvanilla, and coconut, and wow they were fantastic. I like the strawberry popping boba too. We came around sunset in May andthere was noone else in the store. They also still have sample cups under the desk and will hand you them 1 at a time instead ofhaving them set out pre-Covid. Mine was about $5. Read more

Pretty bad experience. Went in today a little after 4:30pm. I don?t expect things to be super clean it?s a busy place, but the... place was absolutely trashed and disgusting. There was frozen yogurt on the floor and being tracked everywhere and the entirefloor was sticky. Toppings were running out the two girls working there were just sitting down and talking the entire time, justtalking and eating and on their phones instead of cleaning up. Dirty tables, crumbs and trash on chairs and the floor. We atethere until 5 and by the time we left they still made no attempt to clean anything or stock the nearly empty toppings. Like Isaid nothings perfect but to see the employees not caring about the condition of the store is discouraging because it tells methey don?t care about the other things like food safety and sanitation. I will not be back at this location again. Usually I goin the late evenings with my daughter and don?t typically run into problems like this. This was particularly bad and adisappointing experience. Non transparent pricing. They just tell you 'by weight'. I haven't gotten frozen yogurt in some years but paying over $8 for... under half a container blew me away. I always enjoy coming to this Menchie?s and tonight we had an issue with not having enough money available on a card to pay for... our order. There were clear signs posted that they were not taking cash. But they made an exception for us because we had exactchange. Thank you for the accomodation and it was delicious as always. Great little frozen yogurt shop... they make you use 2 gloves and wait while people are getting their yogurt. Several great... flavors including no sugar and low fat and sherbets. There are many toppings from candy pieces to fruit to sauces. Read more
