Head manager is completely rude and unprofessional. Super slow location. They will ask you to park every time even if you just... ask for a soda. They're always playing or horse playing around. The whole staff needs to be re trained. Rudest people ever!!! Read more

Says they are open at drive through at 5am. Nope 6am. I saw so many people pull up get mad and drive off. How hard is it to tell... a general manager to call google with correct info. Or at least post correct ones on window. Read more
Depending on which manager is working during the day shift, the lobby may or may not be open. I tried to order from their lobby... today at 11:00am and it was locked. The manager came to the door to tell me the only way I could order was through the drivethrough or mobile app. I ride the bus and typically use cash. So the app and drive thru isn't an option. The manager was rudeand I called the corporate number to file a formal complaint. There is a very busy bus stop directly in front of this locationand it doesn't make sense to keep the lobby closed. This particular McDonald's have always been great on fast service as well as getting you the right order. The food is always... good at this location. I'm not much of a McDonalds fan because I usually get the opposite type of service at other locations.For years I have gotten this type of service and quality from this store. This is a drive through only. I was disappointed because I thought I could walk over and have breakfast while I waited for my... vehicle at a nearby autoshop. The lobby was closed and the only way to order was if you drove through and placed an order. Read more
