Placed a mobile order as it says on Saturday they are open 24hours both on Google and their app. Got to the store and nobody... will answer the order box. Pulled around the store and they were all sitting at the front counter talking. I understand beingshort staffed and everything, but if your hours are shorter then you need to update them. Read more

I waited for 20 minutes. When they finally brought the right order the shakes were melted and the food was cold. I went back... inside and spoke to the manager and her excuse was to blame it on her crew. Poor management skills and is need of a manager thatknows how to handle accountability! Read more

They ALWAYS have me pull up to wait for something as simple as frappe and large fry. After waiting 10 minutes, they finally... bring my food out-very long wait for nothing. Plus the customer service sucks. & that's all McDonalds in Albuquerque. Read more

Employees were rude and not helpful at all! Person taking the order from the drive up was very rude unable to help in any way... shape or form I was trying to do my phone app I needed to add something on and they refuse to let me said I had to go backthrough the line in order to do that I didn't know how to order a burger without veggies that's what threw them over the edge Idon't think I'll ever go there again Read more

The sign on the door says for our safety the lobby closes at 7:00 pm. It was 5:45 PM and the door was locked. I'm sick of... businesses using Covid as an excuse not to hire enough people. Put a huge sign up saying the lobby is closed or close thebusiness completely. If you feel you have to lock your doors for my safety, I'll just eat at a competitor where I can feelsafe. Read more

Order food via the mobile app and went through the drive thru. Had to wait over 20 minutes and was then given a luke-warm... burger and soggy french fries. I complained and "Max" didn't care and was dismissive of my request for hot food. Poorlymanaged location that needs a revamp of the shift managers. Regular employees were attentive, friendly, and helpful. Next timeI will skip this location and head up to Harper and Wyoming. Read more

They need to train employees to glance into the bag to make sure the complete order is there. Drove 10 mins home and order was... missing the main order. There's no way to call them as they don't pick up and line says enter access code (I just wanted to talkto the manager.) Stopped trying to call after 10 mins Visited Sunday, Aug 21, 2022. I just don't want them to charge my debitcard for the full order which wasn't received. Read more
