Haven't been to this location for a while I was very disappointed. The interior is dark and gloomy. It took 15 minutes to get my... coffee and apple pie that was not even hot. there was only one young man working The cash register. I find this too long await for a small inside order. Very inefficient. There was a family with a couple of children all coughing running around andwiping their hands on the tables I saw no one come out to clean the tables! The drive throughs were not that busy either. Nomore for me... There's plenty of local coffee shops to be had. Read more
Food is always good and fast. There are a number of workers who need an attitude adjustment. Like the woman who assumed I'm too... white to understand her insult in Spanish as she's walking away. As a worker in the fast food industry, I try to sympathize, butthat wasn't cool. Read more
Waited 20 mins for 3 drinks 2 being Powerade?s and when I finnaly got to window to get my drinks they weren?t even making them,... finnaly I honked then,he rushed over to start.. they were sitting around when I asked for a drink for the wait said sure if uwanna pay????said others are waiting to witch I get but it?s 1 frappe .. others were getting meals faster.. then jordan and hisbut buddy that night got mad when I asked for manager because I wasent happy with there work ethic.. horrible experience Read more
These guys almost Always leave Something out of my order but if the Hispanic Male manager is there, he'll make it right & then... some. I don't think other people realize the value of a free fry or McDouble when THEY messed up! Whether b/c I had to waitlonger 4 then 2 give me the Right food or (b4 making sure Everyone in my home knew to check the bag b4 leaving) b/c I've had todrive back up there- free, hot food goes a long way! Good morning, I placed an online order this morning at 6:45 and arrived to this location about 6:50 and complete the order by... using the curbside option. The app states it can take up to 5 min for them to bring your order out!!!! No biggie? I legit orderan ice coffee and a large regular coffee with 3 creams? 7:00 and still no order so I tried to go inside to pick up my order andthe doors were locked and at this point I?m already running late, I would have jumped in the Drive through line but there arefour cars ahead of me and did not have an extra 10 minutes to wait.. I have attempted to contact the restaurant several times onthe phone just rings! Come on McDonald?s!!!! Customer service sucks? this is the 3rd time this has happened Read more
This McDonald's is the best in the NE heights by far better than Montgomery/Tramway location. Major bonus here is 24hr service.... Employees are attentive, respectful, and friendly. Overall still 5 stars. 99.999% of the time my meals or drink are correct,and taste as expected...Consistency is the key to McDonald's success IMO. Read more
Only been through drive thru up to this point and they have been fantastic, orders have always been right. Only complaint I... have is the people who take care of the parking lot being out here at noon with their blower stirring up giant dust clouds. Justmaking trying to eat in my vehicle a horrible experience. Would be great to contact this company and have them do the job earlymorning or at least not during peak meals times. I am now going to have to go to a car wash as my vehicle has been exposed tothis and is now just completely covered in dirt from them. Read more
