This morning I got in line at the McDonald's to get a coffee at 7:42 am. There were only 6 cars in front of me. I waited about 5... minutes without moving when the car in front of me tried to pull out because they didn't want to wait any longer. They parkedand went inside. I pulled into their spot. This McDonalds has two ordering machines but never utilizes the second one. I go tothis one often, so I know they don't. They weren't bothering to ask people to use the backup spots to let people like me whoonly need coffee through the line. I watched the lady pouring my coffee pour it nice and slow. Taking her time with not even anounce of urgency. Even if she was moving slow, she'd be moving faster than the pace she was going. I asked her to have themanager come meet me at the side slot number 1 and to bring the corporate office line. She said it was just her. I asked hername, and she said Paulina. I asked her for the corporate office line number. She pointed to the window and walked away. I'm asuper patient person and I get people being understaffed and underpaid, so for me to even right this is very out of my element.I won't be going back to this McDonalds after that. To top this off people getting out of the drive through to go inside werecoming out faster with food. Way to leave an incredibly responsible person in charge of management. It shouldn't have taken 20minutes to move 6 cars. This was just complete lack of trying at all. Why are you even working there? Read more
Atrocious, I've been multiple times, and I have never, not once, had an order done correctly. The don't pick up the phone, they... don't have commentary water. Food has been dry, they forget patties, if you're lucky they'll throw in a napkin. Be prepared. Read more
This place use to be a good stop just for a quick snack. Lately for the past two trips in the evening has been horrible. The... service was had gotten worst, the food not made right and paying extra for nothing. When we called we were left on hold for over15 minutes and no one came back. The woman that answered the.phone never apologized and I could not understand what she wassaying. All she said was wait....then never came back to speak to us or find out how she helps us. McDonald's needs to find agreat manager for their evening shift who can handle all management issues, especially if their food is coming out wrong andhalf cooked. But the visit before thiswasn't pleasant at all ?? I asked employee for a courtesy cup of water for my little 19 year old service dog ???? it was reallyhot ???? outside and I didn't have any money. The employee told me they don't give courtesy water that I'd have to pay. I askedto use the bathroom so I could fill up the empty bottle with water and she said the bathroom is for customers only! I asked ifshe would fill it up for me and she still said no! My poor service dog ???? was so thirsty he ended up getting sick ???? Later Icame back because a kind man was buying my husband and I food so I got a large water to share with my service dog and husband Ifigured I could get free refills but of course the same employee told me there's no refills not even for water and I'd have topay for a new drink! I was short almost 50¢ and she didn't let me slide so I had to go outside and ask someone for help. If my19 year old service dog wasn't thirsty I mean crying and barking at me thirsty I wouldn't have asked anyone. Thank God ????there's still kindhearted ?? people that are willing to help because without those people the world???? would be worse than whatit is. Got here at 730am and doors weren't open, and since I just got off work and rode the bus here I can't even go through the drive... thru. I don't even know if the drive thru is even open. I haven't seen a car go through it since I got here but I am extremelyupset that the doors are locked when there suppose to be open Read more
Giving 2 stars because sometimes this place does get it right, but most often my order is wrong. Today I got this sad, dry,... under sauced chicken sandwich, and wrong sauce with my nuggets so definitely my final time trying this place. Going back toWendy?s I guess ???? Read more

I order on the mobile and the girl at the drive thru said she couldn't find my order. When I asked her their address she gave me... a completely different address than what they were. I went inside and the very tall person at the counter walked away so Iwaited at the counter. No one came back so I said hello a couple of times and a short heavyset girl with a ponytail wearing amaroon top said she'll be right there. When she came I told her the situation and she found my order right away and went to gofetch it. She came back and said your order is ready and I said thank you but she started to walk away. I thought maybe shedidn't hear me so I said thank you louder and she continued to walk away. That was very rude of her. She needs to be taughtmanners and common courtesies. Read more
