This is the worst McDonald's. Save yourself the wasted $$ and go somewhere else or to another location. There is an older man... who works there in the evening and he is so unfriendly and not helpful. This order, there was not a single thing correct. Theteas we ordered were so watered down they look like apple juice. The fries were cold and so hard and crunchy. Our Big Mac's hadno cheese and were also cold. It had been a while since we last went because of the bad service and food but thought we'd giveit a try to see if anything had changed. Maybe the day time service is better but I would recommend to stay away from theevening. Read more
We ordered from this McDonald's because the one closest to is being remodeled and we probably won't use this one again. I... ordered a fish meal, with a sweet tea, and cookies. My husband ordered a bacon quarter pounder meal, with a coke, and a hotfudge sundae. When the order was presented to the driver there was only one drink and no cookies. The driver had to wait 20minutes for the rest of the order. All the fries were cold, the sweet tea was unsweetened and the fish patty was the only ediblepart of my sandwich. The bun was cold and burned plus the cheese was hard. My husband's sandwich, drink and sundae were fine. Wedid get extra cookies. This store is slow and some of the food was horrible. Read more
if 0 stars were an option.. i did a curbside order no issues waited a little long and the associate who brought out the food had... an attitude and proceeded to flip me off as i left and when i came back to ask why he had nothing to say. Never get a correctorder here Read more
Drove into Lane one behind a car and waited to order Lane two was empty, a car drove in about 3 minutes after I've been sitting... there waiting for service and they got waited on and then the gentleman on the microphone asked what I wanted finally after Iyelled at the speaker and I told him I wanted two Happy Meals he goes you only need to tell me one at a time I said they'reexactly the same he said do one at a time so I had to tell him everything nuggets, french fries, chocolate milk. unbelievable,the customer service was terrible. Just a poor drive thru experience. Employees seem to be more concerned with moving quickly than customer service which was odd... considering we were 1 of 2 customers. Drive thru attendant misplaced our order and was mildly rude throughout the process. Guywho handed the food to us tried to place blame on us when we pointed out we ordered another item. Read more
Worst McDonald?s in all of Albuquerque! Take the time and go to any other McDonald?s. I?ve ordered plenty of time from here and... they have yet to get an order right. My orders through DoorDash have never been correct. A bunch younger kids running this storewith no manager in sight. Avoid this McDonald?s if you can!!! Read more
This location does not deserve a star. It is consistently bad and the staff is rude. The manager "Ken" is a real character,... mentioned this location has "nothing to do with the McDonald's app!"...huh?! I've filled complaints before and the operator ormanagement refuses to contact me, which does not surprise me due to the continued issues at this location. Stay away from thisplace, I recommend driving to the Golf Course and Paseo location, which gladly receives all of the customers this location hasturned off. Read more
