Sold me a spoiled shake and refused a refund. It was warm and separated. They only would replace it with another from the same... machine. Why would I want another spoiled item. Look at the attached photo, you can see it even separating. This is supposed tobe vanilla. It's one thing to get an order wrong, it's another to be knowingly serving soiled food. Placed an order on the mobile app. Picked up my food in the drive thru. Got home, realized they forgot some of my food. So i... called and the kid told me i had to get the refund through the app. I search the app, theres nothing. I do a quick google searchand on McDonalds website it says to contact the store for in-store and mobile order refunds. I call back and a ?manager?answered. I explained my issue and the ?manager? tells me i have to call the tomorrow morning because she doesnt know how torefund through the app. She then tells me she needs approval from the GM, she allegedly calls the GM and they approved myrefund. Then she tells me that i have to go back to the restaurant to get my refund. If i was gonna go back to the restaurant iwouldve just gotten the missing food. Terrible management. Bad communication.
