Stopped going there in the mornings on my way to work due to the employees bad attitudes. Went there today only because my wife... wanted coffee. Same female employee who always had a bad attitude when I went was three again with a bad attitude , what's worseis she's the manager. Are this point I'll drive across town for good customer service. Twice over a four month period we have tried to use the drive through and twice we have been skipped because they can?t hear me... and we for sure can?t hear them. Not to mention the quality of food here has been slipping. Nothing ?fresh? ever. Add on topthe time it takes and long lines to get the food.. it a good joint at the moment. Read more
Staff was not able to provide a receipt, asked twice after I was overcharged for my order, manager then comes to the window and... after tying to explain the situation all he can say is "do you want your money back?" And shuts the window on my wife as she'stalking, confronted him on it and tells me not to come back to the store, refused to acknowledge the issue to start with, thenthreatens to call the cops when the whole issue was him not even trying to fix the problem, McDonald's needs to look into thisand fix the issue about the store not being able to provide a receipt on a busy Saturday night when people are paying in cash Read more
No coke machine available, had to pay for water. Then had to wait for over 30 minutes for our food while we watched kitchen... staff screwing around, had to go back to counter and deal with the duh You didn't get your food while staff stood aroundgiggling. I love McDonald's, but not this location. Got cold fries. Stood at the counter to return them. Mgr was chillin, too bothered... to help customers, but eventually looked my way & proceeded to bag me some more cold fries to replace the original ones. I satand ate; watched this dude (mgr) act bothered by customers for about 15-20 mins until i finished eating. My point? Manager setsthe mood & standards. When the Manager isn't into customers, neither will other employees, unless they have higher standardsthan him -- those with higher standards are the men & women who will succeed. Read more
Order a combo but still have to pay full price even with one third the ?combo? missing with no drinks at all tonight. Get it... together management this has happened multiple times at this location! I asked for extra cheese on my sausage breakfast burritos and they had NO cheese at all. I realized when I got home that the... receipt was not given to me to see if they charged me for extra cheese. I guess they didn't want me to give them a bad survey.Also, when I ordered my coffee I asked for cream on the side and it wasn't in the bag. Good thing I noticed and they gave mesome while I was still at the window. Read more
Morning crew sucks so bad. There was only 2 other people in the drive thru. They gave me the wrong order, I had to wait 10 more... minutes to STILL get my food wrong- this happens every single time we go before 3p.m. I try not to complain, but todaysexperience compelled me. I paid for cheese on 2 sandwiches, didnt get cheese (had to complain to get the sandwiches). Paid forlarge orders of fries, got mediums. Night crew rocks, though. They're fast, kind and always get the orders right. Whoever yallsmorning manager is, needs a cup of coffee or something. Read more
