If I were able to give them zero Stars I would but the lowest is one. The service here was absolutely awful. Complete trash,... would never recommend it ????. They charged me $21 and something ¢ and completely messed my order up. When I went back andasked for my order to be fixed the were very rude and said they never charged me for the items that were missing from my order.And when I asked for my receipt, they refused to give me one. I don't know what kinda scamming they have going on here but Itruly believe that they stole my money. The service was awful and the man at the window was very disrespectful as well. Ugh. Read more
I went thru drive thru and people their are horrible they don?t say welcome to McDonald?s are u gonna be using the mobile app... nun also the general manager their Marcos doesn?t know how to run a store u talk to him and give him the complain and all hedoes is just sorry about that I?ll talk to them and that?s all he does he doesn?t do his job as a general manager service ishorrible and the crew as well Read more
9/26/22 6:05 pm Drive thru: (male voice)"Please order when ready." I ordered. Slowly, to ensure no errors. Drives to drive-up... window. Same male voice asks, "What was your order?" And I repeat the order. He says, " No. I don't have that." And waves methru. I stop at the 2nd pick-up window where I explain to the really nice guy who says, "I got you." After I ask to speak for amanager. Nobody returns and drive-thru window is closed. It's on camera, if those things even work. I decided to go to BurgerKing next door. MUCH better service. Read more

I give it no stars. To be honest. They always mess up your order. There always rude. The short girl that's small looks asain.... Was really rude to me. And she was laughing and telling her friends something and being on the phone while I was waiting for myfood. There's no costumer experience. No respect at all... ???????????? Read more

I came into this place very hungry and I had to wait about 7 minutes before someone came and took my order I had to deliberately... ask the manager who kept ending the drive-thru who would occasionally glance over and look at me and then go back to workfinally I asked her excuse me can you take my order. And then two minutes later she decided to come over and take my order. Oneof the other employees didn't even make eye contact clocked in and got right back to work. Worst customer service ever. Ofcourse this is McDonald's it's to be expected which is kind of ridiculous. Because at any other McDonald's they take your orderright away has probably got the worst. And the worst part about this entire place is the trash has not been taken out the tablesare disgustingly covered in filth. No one here seems to care about a sanitary environment. Read more
Worse McDonald's I've been to, the window cashier was rude when handed my card to pay he was like hold on with an attitude and... when i was done paying he said chalay whatever that means even forgot my fries I'm on lunch so took away most of my time goingback to get my fries and I asked for a courtesy cup of ice cause I asked for extra ice in my coke and they charged me 1.08 for acup of ice which was ridiculous and the coke tasted more like carbonation than coke.
