Reviews for Little Caesars Pizza in Albuquerque, NM
Other than watching a man get murdered in the parking lot just for his car this is a great restaurant. The employee is very... helpful and very friendly. And the restaurant is very clean too. Read more

I am a Black female with four daughters. We arrived at 5:00pm. I was dressed in my work clothes. The cashier says " Oh it will... be a 20minute on cheese pizza and classic pepperoni pizza. I said okay fine we will wait we are hungry. We step outside becausethe building started filling with customers for dinner rush. I come back in the restaurant with my children expecting our pizzato be ready. The male cashier says " Ohh I don't know what happened to your cheese pizza as he passes out 4 pizzas that werecheese pizzas. And everyone that ordered after us only wàited 10 minutes for orders. While we had to wait and extra 45 minuteson a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza. Then the young male cook with a Hair bang and no hair net walks to the front of thecounter where me and my children were patiently waiting for the pizza for 45minutes. Verbally insults me and says" Hey manwhat are you waiting for? " I turned all the way around and looked in the store to see where this man he was talking to. Then aMexican woman by the door starts laughing at me because he addressed me as a man because of some work uniform clothes. " Wow!!Getting off work to buy pizza on a Friday night at this location sucked due desperate hiring tactics of people poor, rude ,racial relations, and customer service. District manager please send a mystery shopper to the store to monitor your employeesbusiness ethics and customer relations. Because it sucks. Then when we received the cheese pizza it was slapped together withbarely any sauce and doughy bread in the middle. Eww we threw it in the trash and bought some Church's Chicken. I didn't wantto even bother with a refund due to rudeness, poor racial relations, and poor customer service, and no head gear being worn inthe kitchen. $16.00 in the trash. Read more
The manager was running out of every essential yet managed to prepare my specialty pizzas fresh and also did this with care and... courtesy that exists in very few places nowadays. I would recommend this Little Caesars hands down! Read more
I wish i could them 0 stars. This location has become very off the wall. I feel like i was treated differently due to the color... of my skin. I go to this location at least once a week and feed 9 people so im not spending just 5 bucks. Today i placed anorder in store was told it would be 5-10 mins so i went back out to my car for a few. Went back in at 8 mins the gentlemen atthe register who helped me was very nice, he had all my pizzas pulled out of the oven about to cut and box them, there was 2Hispanic men at the register who only speaked spanish. The cashier went and asked the little girl, doing the sides to come taketheir order. She proceeded to take their order then went and grabbed one of my pizzas and gave it to them. Then my other 3pizzas were sitting there she started to put them away in the cabinet and the cashier told her no because they were for an ordershe just took from, she then proceeded to throw those pizzas back on the counter. All of my boxes except the last one are bentand messed up. I really hope she gets fired. We are all equal. Customer service 101 fifo. That doesnt just go for inventory buthow you put your orders out. I will no longer return to this location ever again and im contemplating never returning to littleceasers ever again. Read more
This is a review for the Little Caesars on 5555 Zuni Rd SE, in Albuquerque, NM (since there seems to be some confusion about... where it belongs). If you live in the area, or happen to be in the area, and urgently just need some pizza, this will do.Temporarily carless in my last days in New Mexico (toward the end of January), I walked here to get some pizza for breakfast onSunday morning (I had earned the right to have pizza for breakfast with what I have been through lately). I had never beenthere, in over a decade of living in the area. What is going on, on the blocks of Acoma between Alvarado and San Mateo? Whilethat was never exactly thriving while I lived in the area, this is probably the worst I've seen it. To get back to LittleCaesars, it was neither the best nor the worst pizza I have ever had. Service was good, maybe because I got there early on aSunday (although with the wrong person behind the counter, that could have meant dealing with somebody's hangover). I didn'torder any breadsticks with my pizza, because in my mind, adding more dough to dough somehow doesn't round out a meal. Anyway, don't be foolish and actually make this a destination point, but if you are close and not feeling too fussy, it's good enough. Read more
Quoted 10 minute wait, pizza came out 30 minutes later super dry and overcooked. It was also cut at weird angles and not all the... way through so I had to recut it at home. Please pay your workers more so they care enough to do some quality control Read more
It was awful! I got the Xtra most bestest pizza which they didn't have ready so had to wait seven minutes which supposedly the... pizzas are hot and ready, which is never the case at this location. To top it off the pizza was cut all messed up and there wasbarely a crust on it and it was even cold. Very terrible place to get pizza.*UPDATE*- The girl made it all better, not sure ifshe is the manager I forgot to get her name but I think she is in charge because she advised me she talked to her co workers andtold them not to do that again. She was really nice and polite. She made us a new pizza for free to make up for theinconvenience. Read more
