Ordered from this location online, because anytime I go in they never have ANY HOT AND READY.... (hence the name) when I stopped... in to pickup my order today, I checked it as normal and asked why it looked like a regular pepperoni pizza if I had ordered anextra most best (which of course cost extra). All the employee replied is "you just can't see the pepperoni" and walked away tohelp the person who walked in. I tried to call and they answered and hung up then would not pick up the phone. I definitely won't ever order from here. I went in the other day to pick up some orders for people as I was doing door dash. The... guy in there was really mean to not only me but to others. I had been wating way longer then 15 min and I went up to ask to seeif it was dun because that guy was standing around doing nothings. I told him excuse me just wanted to check my order before Icould say a little bit of that he told me I need to hold on and walked right off. I placed an online order this evening and arrived 7 minutes early. The cashier was in the front mopping, she went behind the... counter and mad a rude comment about the time and said my order wasn?t supposed to be ready for another 7 minutes. I sat down towait, She then goes to the back and I hear her complaining to other staff about how I ?dirtied the floors and sat in the chairsshe just cleaned.? Horrible pizza! Pizza is either undercooked or burnt. They never cut the pizza. Pizza is always old. Very bad customer service....
