The employees are short-staffed and that in turn affects the delivery of the service. The employees on are doing their best when... orders are heavy. This time my order was ready AND it was correct...I can't say the same for past orders. The website says theyhave delivery but they don't, according to the employees. However, I do like the drive through option except keep in mind thatyou have to stop at the order board before going to the window. Read more

I pulled up to the drive thru. The place looked close first of all. I order 2 hot n ready pizzas, and 3 orders of breadsticks,... told it was going be a 7 to 10 minute wait. Alright sure. I was told to park in front, 10 minutes go by and there's a guywalking out with 3 pizzas and breadsticks? Went inside the store after another 5 minutes went by, told the girl who helped methat its been 15 minutes already. She told me that they ran out dough or whatever and my pizzas were going in the oven. Then Igo back to my car, wait a little longer and I see one of the employees taking pizza out to other people who were parked for like5 minutes. Anyways I waited 30 minutes when I was only told it was gonna take 10. I have never had a problem with this locationuntil now. I'd give no stars if I could. Read more

Just went to pick up a pizza for a friend's kids using her money, going to give her back the change. I get to the window and the... man tells me how much, so I hand him a $10. He then opens the window and gives me back $3 and says sorry he can't give me backthe change. I tell him it's ok, I can give him the change and ask how much is it. He looks at me for a bit then says he'd haveto wait for the next transaction to open up the register. I then reply, "next time let me know beforehand that you can't give methe change back instead of just taking my money." He replied, "I Don't normally work here so watch your attitude." I wasdumbfounded and appalled by the disrespect. First that they stole my money (I'm not even upset about the change as the principlehere. I Don't just go take something from a store then say I can't give back the food I just ate... They wouldn't give me thepizza if I was short change so why are they ok to just keep mine?) Second the disrespect he showed me after I tried to work withhim to get the correct change. I understand this man doesn't represent this whole facility, but maybe just say before taking mymoney, "I Don't have any change, or exact change only", I would've worked with that. I hope they pass this along to theemployees who actually work there and that the man who helped me today doesn't have to assist there again. I can't wait forDion's to go in. I have never been so offended in my life. I walk in and asked the clerk what is hot and ready he vas very snotty and said all we... got is cheese, hot wings and crazy bread. I said really ok I guess give me a cheese and crazy bread. he told me the the totalwas 16 something and so I said what why is a cheese pizza so expensive that dosen't sound right. Instead of re checking to seeif he keyed up the price wrong he told me sir your being hostile and you need to leave! I will never order little Caesars again!I'm going to encourage all my family, friends and co workers to do the same. Talk about horrible customer service If I treated acustomer like that at my job I would be fired immediately! this employee was beyond unprofessional, i have never been so awestruck in my entire life. nobody deserves that kind of disrespect. Hands down, worst customer service in Albuquerque. Have had several poor experiences at this location, but unfortunately there... isn't a lot of options in the area. Today's experience was the icing on the cake. The "manager" Illiana is a terriblerepresentation of the company. Her attitude and behavior is totally unacceptable. I'm shocked to see so many poor reviews and nochanges. Read more

Very unorganized and you can tell. How can you let people place mobile orders for pickup inside when you have the lobby closed?... And then after waiting I still have to join a drive thru line with 13 cars in it just to get one pizza that took 50 minutes tomake? Good one guys real critical thinking on that. Read more

Hot wings were burnt. Can't believe they even gave em to us. Pizza was also over cooked n dry. Not a pleasant experience this... time ???? Read more
