Food was pretty good. Chicken needed to be cooked longer and fries were dried out and old. Staff is super friendly, efficient,... and attentive. Manager is fantastic. Place is clean. Unfortunately, it?s in a undesirable area with people doing drugs in theparking lot and even at the door, coming in and stealing drinks, and causing problems. Feel bad for the staff. Read more

Horrible experience. I ordered chicken for delivery. Five minutes before delivery I got an email that something went wrong. I... called my bank. What happened was they didn?t complete the order soon enough. It timed out. It declined my card. The second timethe card was approved. But I never received my order. I called the corp. number on my order several times. Nobody answered. Icalled this store more than several times. Nobody answered. KFC sent me a survey email. Told what happened. Asked them tocontact me. When I was very young my parents and I would get chicken and go to park. They are gone now. I'm old. It was mybirthday. Worst experience. I come to this location twice a week and I will never come again. I placed an online order and when I got... there it was closed but the workers family was inside eating. They told me they ran out of chicken but my card was charged. Theydid not give me a refund or my food. I went the next day to talk to the manager and she also would not give me a refund. I?veleft messages with corporate and still have not heard back. The thievery is uncalled for. If this is how kfc does business andis in the practice of robbing their customers then they need to be shut down. Service is terrible when you rob yourcustomers!!!!!! Ordered the Tuesday special and asked for it to be prepared with double mashed potatoes as my wife and I do not enjoy the... coleslaw. Made the request multiple times at other locations with no problem. I placed the order at the drive thru box. Had toplace it AGAIN at the window. And the order still had the damn coleslaw. At least they put the brown gravy on the potatoes as Irequested. Also, they didn't give us biscuits which is a standard with the chicken fried steak special. Read more
