Never open when hours says it is. Went just before 7pm on a Sunday and was told they were closing and then went on a on a... Saturday around 11:30 am and nobody answered the drive thru. They've always done well in making sure my order comes out quick. Friendly staff and decent hours.
Food was dry and requested plates. Got none, nor did we get utensils or napkins. Wanted to picnic in the park! Lobby was closed... so we had to wait in drive thru line for our online order! Not efficient and nit friendly! Will never eat at KFC again!!! Read more
Very poor poor customers service especially drive thur, my order was wrong an items were missing from my meal too. So, call to... the store talk to the manger that himtold me that there close an for me too come by tomorrow for my missing items. Well Happy New Year to all! When you think you can?t get surprised from a simple smile and the best customer service, guess... again! I would like to send a special shout out to Carlos at this location that made our dine in extra special when he ensuredhe listened and processed exactly what we wanted for a hungry family of 5! Got the spicy potato bowl. Had a pool of grease sitting on top of a soup of mashed potatoes. Hardly any gravy or cheese. Only... half the bowl was filled. This is disgusting and unprofessional. Read more
