Absolutely horrible experience! I ordered a combo and waited over an hour for them to show up, mind you I waited out side. I... called the store and asked them what was the issue.. I showed up at 8pm and it says they close at 9pm online. The worker said the GM told him to close early. The door was unlocked... and rude about it. I couldn?t get here an earlier and my family was looking forward to jimmy johns. They should be open if thehours are posted online Read more
I walked in and they told me they don?t have and ham left so I asked if they can substitute salami , and the manager said no we... can?t do it! Why do you run out of toppings and then can?t substitute!! That?s just crazy I don?t recommend going to this onevery rude of them!! Read more
I must be stupid because I've ordered from here probably ten times. It's come correct zero times. I'm not ordering fourteen... sandwiches for a construction site either, I'm asking for one sandwich with literally four ingredients: bread, cheese, salami,bacon. The first five times, there was no bacon. So I asked in the special instructions to please remember the bacon. And theydid! But then they forgot the cheese the next five times. At this point, it's so regular that I'm kinda convinced they're justmessing with me. There's probably a note on my profile that says "Make this dude as frustrated as you can." Read more
Worst Jimmy John's in Albuquerque. Don't go for dinner. Arrived an hour before closing with my son on a slow Wednesday night.... Music was way too loud I could barely hear Valerie as she took my order. She was nice enough. Seems to know her Co workerDominic well though, knew she had to inform him the first sandwich had add ons, because he obviously couldnt hear the order dueto the music. Twenty three bucks later and I'm getting my first sandwich, just filled up the drinks and about to sit down whenDominic informs me the dining room is closed. I asked if it was near closing time. He said no they're still open another hour. Isaid why is it closed? He said because they already mopped. He didn't even realize I had ordered a second sandwich until Iasked for my receipt... Again due to the loud music he couldn't hear my order. I got a Turkey Tom and it was very poorly made.Took 4 bites til I got to any turkey... So I had to drive the twenty minutes it takes me to get home before I ate. I wasthinking I was paying for the dining room experience with my son. I asked Dominic if I could give him some feedback. Told himthe music was way too loud. I couldn't hear a thing he was saying. second it's not the customer's fault you mopped the floor anhour early. That's your own fault, you let the customer eat and you clean it again... You don't just close the dining room! Whatkind of customer service is that? I understand if it's 5 minutes to close... not a whole hour! He smiled and said he would takeit into account. Ok... So Jimmy John's ain't what it advertises. Ordered what was on the ticket...stale roll don't matter if you toast a stale... bun. It is still stale. Said no onions and please add avocados. Paid for the avocado; didn't get it allergic to onions and now Iam paying a second time. Don't know if they can't afford to make sandwiches fresh or what? But yeah you got a surprise coming...Whether you want it or not. Read more
Normally this location is excellent - fast service, good food. It took an hour for my 1 sandwich, 1 drink, 1 bag of chips to be... delivered and I live very close; this I can overlook, maybe they were really busy. They remembered to leave out the cheese, butthey forgot to cut my sandwich in half and the lemonade they gave me was water. I am disappointed. :( If it's going to takelonger, that's fine, but at least make sure the order is accurate. Read more
