Placed an order for a sub 8 days ago order never arrived after over 2 hours..attempted 10 calls finally got a call from delivery... lady who said she was on her way after 2 hours said their short staffed... 45 more minutes goes by order never arrived stillunable to reach store or driver, finally reached them they said they'd void my order and I'd see a refund well my order stillnever came, nor did my refund it's been 8 days of phone tage and being placed on hold... Outstanding! A great experience of meats and veggies. Extreme food - very filling and rewarding! If your really, really, hungry,... and a sit down meal isn't in your schedule, you will not be disappointed. The delivery service is punctual, efficient andcourteous. The subs are great, but this locations seems to have forgotten the company slogan, "Freaky Fast". I ordered a sandwich at... 11:10am for lunch this morning. I work 1.5 miles away. By 11:40am the app told me it was out for delivery. I didn't get mysandwich until 12:25am. This has been happening for a few weeks now. I only have a small window to eat at my work, so thisbecomes an issue where I have to eat it after I get off. I've tried ordering ahead and they still end up delivering late. Apparently this place will close in the middle of the day. I showed up around 1pm. Doors locked, no sign posted, no explanation,... with all the workers behind the counter making sandwiches and ignoring the door. I'm guessing online orders take precedenceover physically going there for food. Pretty annoying how a lot of places like this are operating like this. Just order online,I guess. Read more

Despicable customer service. Left two items out of my delivery which they do in-house. Called and was not even greeted but told... in a loud dismissive voice---"hold!" After 15 minutes on hold and nobody answering the phone when I called back later afterlunch, you can just keep the money you owe me to pay for a self-help book on how to succeed at the basics of life. Jeezus christ who operates this location?!?! I just sat on hold for 27 minutes. I even tried calling from a different phone... incase they forgot about me and no one answered the line. I am still also waiting for 2 credits back on 2 online orders theynever delivered... I see responses from someone saying to share the experience with JJ's feedback website, problem is they don'tcare either! I still have my cases pending from the other 2 and no response from anyone #'s CAS-965185-B6Y8R9 andCAS-960765-V6Q3B5 UPDATE: Been Over a month and 0 contact from management, corporate or anyone for that matter. Almost always 1-2 hours late, which I never minded before since I'm just working while I wait. I havent had issues with the... quality until today... First fews bites of my sandwich, I immediately started feeling sick... not only do the ingredients smellbad, there was a small hair in my lettuce. I will not be ordering from this location again as something is tainted. Read more

Ordered a veggie sub, paid extra for avocado to fill the place of meat. Sub was nothing but cheese, a few other small... ingredients, and only 1-2 tablespoons of guac. Very disappointed. I rarely leave bad reviews as I like building businessesup. UPDATE: I reached out as requested by the post below. No response. The corporate office stated twice they will reach out tothe store owner to contact me to make it right. Still no word. Read more
