The best chocolate shakes I have had in years. It was so thick that we couldn't really use a straw to get it out. Will... definitely go back for that again. Read more

Great food. It was late at night and probably close to closing, therefore the service wasn't as expected. I know how that is... when your closing. I would go again for sure, just not close to closing lol. Read more

Never ever have had a problem at this location until today they told me to wait at a certain area for my food so I did, some man... behind me was yelling hey hey hey like move, but I?m still waiting for my food and then someone brought out my food and had anasty attitude and said I was waiting in the wrong spot and said I was holding up the line maybe HAVE SOME BETTER CLARIFICATIONON WHERE I SHOULD PARK for I am not holding up the line. And do not bring out an employee that has a nasty attitude thinkingit?s all my fault when the nice employee at the window told me where to wait. The way the employee reacted to where I was parkedwas handled poorly and was very rude next time be a little more considerate. Read more

I go to this location 2-3 times a week at 630 am on my way to work. Every time the female opens the store she never takes... orders. She stands around at the counter looking around as a line of cars are in the drive-thru. I go here because of locationand it's on my way to work. Many cars wait 10- 15 minutes sometimes. I end up leaving and going somewhere else instead. Thishas been very frustrating when this woman opens the store. Store opens at 6am but she refuses to take orders. This woman shouldbe FIRED! We did 15 orders of tacos! A total of 30 tacos! They're easy to freeze and they taste wonderful if you just drop them in the air... fryer. We also took advantage of the egg roll special. Even though they've been cooked they are also great to freeze and thenjust pop in the air fryer. Thank you Jack in the box. For always keeping it tasty. ???? Read more

Well wanted jack n the box ordered a sausage crossinwhich today.....got bacon n ham.....guess that's still part of a pig just... not part i ordered and bacon was burnt. You had one job jack n the box & now I'll have to turn around spend $3 in gas to get my$3 correct sandwich, which I won't do....maybe that why this is done so people won't turn around Ave get the correct food Idunno. So disappointing. Don't think I'll be back for a long while. Oh forgot, they didn't even give or offer me a receipteither, hmmmmmm Read more

Not really sure where to begin with the epicness of the fail. Seriously. The low hanging fruit would be the 2 employees that... 'represented' not only this specific franchise, but the Jack in the Box brand. The cashier was either totally disengaged fromhis job duties or just did care when n answering questions about the menu. On thls visit ultimately it wouldn't have mattered ifhe had answered correctly because the cook on duty took it upon himself to be, let's say creative in attempting to fill myorder (who knows what the cashier relayed to him) with the least amount of effort. It appeared he threw anything that wasalready made/available in a Tortilla & called it a grand sausage burrito. Funny, one would think there might be sausage in that, not what appeared to be a slice of lunch meat. The extreme sausage breakfast sandwich wasn't so extreme, one would think thatfor almost $4 you would get the 2 patties of sausage per the menu. The final item well, was truly unrecognizable. What wasordered :COUNTRY SCRAMBLER PLATE, what I was charged for: Country Bacon Plate, what I was given was scrambled eggs, with acomplimentary egg shell, a ton of sliced cheese, quasi melted & a bunch of burnt bacon pieces. I was glad to learn the primarycook was on vacation. However it does seem risky for a business to pin the success & quality of your primary product (food) onone individual. Needless to say is if a rating of zero or even negative stars were an option that's what I would rate thislocation of Jack in the Box on this visit. Read more
