Was so excited to order online and go on a picnic with my kids. I ordered online and the order said that it would be ready at... 11:25am. I drove to the location on Menaul and the staff told me that they would not be open until noon. I can be sympathetic to a point but this is getting beyond ridiculous. 4th time in less than two months that I have gone to the... mall with the sole purpose of getting my kiddo a corn dog and they are only serving lemonade. No sign, nothing on their website,no one answering the phone for me to see if they decided to fire up their fryers that day... just hit or miss on whether theyhave anything. Unacceptable. Read more
This location was closed for a few weeks. When it reopened it was not the same. Not organized. Now it looks like a family owns... it. It's very unorganized. Dirty. Food overcooked. Today I ordered one dog and it took 30 minutes to receive it. They werenot prepared at all! Nothing was prepared ahead of putting the dogs and cheese actually on the sticks. Very disappointed. The two guys working on Sunday are unprofessional. I ordered through the app As I walking through the mall. I get to the counter... 25 mins later and my order is still not ready. Not only that but I waited at the counter for 3 mins before anyone came to thecounter. He told me he was going to the bathroom and would be back in 5.
