Reviews for Happy Chickenzz in Albuquerque, NM
It's OK. The chicken rice was plain. The fries were a bit oily. Service was great and settings were plenty.
Pretty darn tasty tenders. Don't expect tenders breaded like KFC. It is a light flavorful breading that is just perfect for... dipping in their varied sauces. At least that is how I ordered mine. Naked with dipping sauces. Next time I might order themtossed. Read more
El Vado chicken sandwich was undercooked (pink) in the middle and overcooked on the battered crust. It?s not like a southern... fried chicken crust, but rather a battered style crust. The website under the ?Food Lovers Menu Peek? tab lists the sandwich as$8.99. However, I paid $11.99 at the restaurant. Update your website if you?re going to charge $3 more. This is definitelytourist food? there?s much better and more economical options elsewhere. Read more
Hands down the best chicken sandwich in town. A perfect blend of sweet and spicy sauce brings it together like no ne else. The... tofu is fried perfectly, my paired choice is a salad with the garlice ginger sauce. We will be coming back again and again. Keepup the great work! Read more
Albuquerque is becoming quite the spot for fried chicken! This spot was great for less traditional fried chicken flavors. We... loved it! Breast fillers were super tender and moist and the chicken pot stickers were excellent! We will be back to continueto work through the menu offerings! Well done! Read more

Just ate here with the family. The wings were great. They have seven or eight different flavors to choose from. The patio was... really kicking around happy hour. They really know how to find the right combination between sauce and chicken so the wings arenot drenched in sauce. If you want great home style cooked wings, this is your place. Read more
I love chicken and was excited to try this place based on all the positive reviews. Also, I love supporting local! Sadly, I was... disappointed. I ordered the chicken tenders with the hot sauce. The chicken tenders were small and not all pieces created equal. There were 4 pieces but some strips were smaller. The chicken was juicy but the outer coating was a bit soggy. Perhaps from thesauce. The fries were so so. It's your typical store bought frozen crinkle cut fries dressed up with some seasoning. Not myfavorite. A friend ordered the chicken bowl and said it was bland. Chipotle bowls were way better. I would say save yourselfthe $14 and go to Chipotle for the bowls or KFC for the tenders. Overall, I'm hapoy I supported a local business but the foodwasn't the best. I wouldn't return. Read more
