From Colorado we use to have a Griffs when I was little well they shut down in Colorado years ago. Anways found out they have... one here in Albuquerque New Mexico was driving my semi through. Was gonna stop for my break here. Little did I know they have asign on door that says no pick up only drive thru only with motorized vehicle only i call and tell them I can't bring my semithru drive-thru or I would tear up some stuff they say we'll not sure what u want is to do. I asked very polite if I place myorder I could walk up to the door or drive thru. No we can't do that. Very disappointed the one in Colorado was awesome miss itvery much. Read more

We can say it is an iconic place they are the only store in ABQ, the food it's always been cooked the same way since I can... remember. But you always get juicy, fresh made food, the fries I always hot, the cheese in the burger it's always melted yet youstill can tasted. Now these days it's all drive-thru but it's worth it. This has always been one of my favorite burgers in Abq. Better than Lotaburger IMO. But I think the pandemic hit them hard.... Their indoor dining is closed so drive thru only. Their prices went up, by a lot. I know inflation has hit everyone though. Butthe food quality actually went down too. Might have just been a bad day but I got a soggy burger with mushy tomatoes andundercooked fries. Hoping it was just a fluke and I?m willing to give them another try soon. The burgers were good. They were fresh. The service was great. The dinning room is not open so drive thru only.

So....I have NO IDEA how this establishment rates 4.3 stars. I finally decided to give it a try since it's close to work and... I've been passing by it for over a year. I just spent half an hour in line, in my car on a hot day, with four cars in front ofme, and more pulling in behind me. I kept thinking this place must make the best hamburger EVER. WELL. I was wrong. This iswhat I got. I suppose this is Griff's version of a Whataburger or a Lottaburger. Save your money or go across the street toMcDonald's. Waste of money AND time. Read more

I have always loved Griff's but this strawberry shortcake is pathetic....like seriously? And I had to reheat my burger and fries... when I got home. I live 3 min away.
