Disappointing meal. Service is ok. Food ain't good. Edible yes I guess but I won't go back. Ramen. Broth was ok. Noodles were... like mushy spaghetti noodles. It's not the ramen noodle used in real Japanese ramen shops. Just totally wrong noodles. Meatlooks good but flavorless. I think the flavor has been drained into the soup. The meat used to garnish the soup should beflavorful and sometimes has a smokey/grilled flavor. Takoyaki. Did they forget to put those bonito shavings? Maybe ran out dueto supply issues? It's poorly put together and looked pitiful. Tasted about the same. You can taste food cooked skillfully andheartedly. This was the complete opposite. Read more
I been checking out a lot of Asian/Chinese restaurants since moving here and sadly this is another big disappointment to add to... the list. I ordered 3 items and I'll go in details on each. First came the pan seared buns, a classic I always love. It lookedgood appearance wise but once I bit into it it was a bit disappointing. The filling is the saddest filling I seen in buns in awhile, there hardly any meat inside. The bun itself was also a bit doughy instead of fluffy. The dipping sauce end up makingthis an average dish but way over priced. Then it only down hill from there as the soup dumpling or xiao long bao came... Yajust look at the picture I have below and anyone who had it can tell you that's not how these are suppose to look at all. Themoment I saw it I knew it was going to be bad and it was. The skin were way too thick and doughy and it had basically samefilling as the pan seared buns which it shouldn't/ Finally the noodle soup came and the soup itself was very good. The noodlehowever was so poorly made it felt I was just eating randomly cut up dough. Way too thick and no proper texture of knife cutnoodles at all. Read more
My first experience here. Food is excellent and the place is clean! ???? I had the pan fried noodle combo, freaking delicious!... It was so good, I forgot the Sriracha. Dimsum, fried noodles, and ramen all in one joint. Nice! ???? My new favorite place. ???? Read more
Too bad the sliced noodle and Youpo noodle are not available due to the lunar Chinese New Year. Japanese style raman is very... taste and Chashu is great! Pork ribs are also great, you can add home make chili oil. To this point I would say 5/5. But NewSoup bum $8.49 is off their standard: soup is not enough, feel like almost the frozen bum then reheated at home which you canget from Costco, I am sure they could master it soon. Hopefully I can get to try the sliced noodle and Youpo noodle next time. Read more

It was a very nice atmosphere and good food. The only reason I deduct stars is because the food is full of sugar and made me... sick. But it’s good for people who can have sugar in meals. My favorite dish was the steamed bao. Read more
