The line was all the way around the building. The gal who took our order was very friendly but the gal at the window was very... dull. I had to ask for multiple items (ketchup, straws, fry sauce) individually because she'd slam the window closed as I wastalking. When we got home our food was wrong. We ordered burgers with green chile and bacon and got neither none was no onions,no pickles and we got extra onions only. The food is nit the great to wait that long and have poor service, then get our orderwrong. Worst $20 spent! Read more

Great burger and chili cheese fries!! 3 years ago!! Went in 08/14/22 and this place has gone down hill. My wife and daughter... have celiac disease and really enjoyed their lettuces wrapped burgers. Our order had a bottom bun on the lettuces wrap. The restof the order was a complete disaster. Never again. This place is untrustworthy in my family's safety. Read more

I give this place 3 chances and for some darn reason they always super slow or super rude. I keep taking leap of faith thinking... they changed and become better. Literally for an once cream custard with me being the only one on the drive through it has takesapproximately 15-20 minutes. Other times wait on the drive through has been 30 minutes. Do not drive here if you are pressedwith time and need to get going. Otherwise custard is decent and decent priced. Good luck out there! Read more

Terrible experience this is the 3rd time, we thought to give another try but it was still very disappointing. We went through... the drive thru the female employee that took our order was super rude she cut me off several times, then rushed me through myorder so much I didn't get to finish my order. When I pulled up to the window the male employee told me to have sympathy for thefemale that took our order cause it was her first day working the drive thru that he heard how she was talking to us whiletaking our order, but he never jumped in to ask if we were finished ordering. Then he asked if we wanted any fry sauce orketchup we said fry sauce please he didn't give us any. The chili cheese fries we ordered looked like they threw in the bag itspilt all over, when we got home to eat there was nothing but chili, cheese like 5-6 fries & a handful of onions that we didn'teven know came on them it does not specify on menu. We had to add the combo fries to the chili cheese just to try to eat. Thelast time we ordered food there we ordered 4 combos to have each one made completely wrong to find out after we called to letthem know that we got someone else's order, they told us to go back to pick up the right order which was still made incorrectthe manager told us that they would mail us a voucher we never got anything in the mail.
