If I could leave 0 stars I would. This location of Five Guys is disgusting and a waste of money. When they first opened it was... delicious but now they have went so far down hill it's ridiculous. I was there yesterday to get two burgers, fries and twodrinks. I spent $39 and took my food home to eat. I love 5 minutes away. When I opened my food BOTH buns on BOTH burgers weresoggy to the point where they were inedible it was disgusting and disappointing as well as a huge waste of money. Do not eathere!! Read more
Me and my girlfriend bought two burgers fries and two drinks. We live 5 minutes away from restaurant and when we got home we... opened up our burgers and the bread was completely soggy... like it had been soaked in water, we were not able to finish ourburgers because of how disgustingly soggy the buns were. Today was not the best 5 guys day. We ordered 3 burgers and 2 of them were made completely wrong. I checked the receipt and... they were correct in the order. The other issue was mine had mayonnaise and it had so so much mayonnaise. Read more

I?ve come in as a call in then waiting until I ask about my food and then the burgersare cold and soggy (although my fries were fresh and delicious!), or getting my order correct - I was given an entirelydifferent burger than I ordered, as well as getting a burger with my toppings mixed up with the second burger on the order.50/50 because other times it?s great and I?m reminded why I go.
