Everytime I come here, always greeted by friendly staff and the food is always great. One of my favorite sandwich places.

Sandwich was fairly good.., they don't put enough meat on their sandwiches. Service was slow... It was lunchtime tho.

This location, along with the location on Academy, are my favorite Firehouse spots. Team members are always friendly and... helpful. Be warned that they can be busy during lunch time so if you're in a rush, maybe call ahead to confirm wait times, butdon't blame the team. They're doing their best. Know that it doesn't cost more to upgrade your soda to a large, and if you'renot sure which sub to buy, just ask someone behind the counter and they'll help you. Personally, my favorite at the moment isthe Spicy Cajun Chicken but the Hook and Ladder is their classic. If you've driven by but have never stopped in, give them atry! Read more

Good subs and fair prices but attitude is pretty obvious if you don't include a tip! If a tip is required for a pleasant return... then it should be added to the bill. Read more

Very frustrating experience with pick up order. Arrive 5 min after promised time, order not ready. Crew had plenty of time to... socialize with the door dash driver about weather and reminiscing about growing up around Rio grande high. No sense of urgency. Seemed like no one really paying attention. My order was incomplete, probably mixed up with the door dash one. Had to go backa second time to get everything. I just didn't seem to matter to them. Parking is a pain, but it's SO WORTH IT to come to this location. I've been twice so far; both times, the employees were... friendly and efficient, and the food was beyond delicious and made to order. I'll definitely be back, 'cause they have the bestsubs ever! I refuse to go to any other location, even when I'm not in the area. Keep on being awesome! Read more

Stopped with the wife and kid. 2 medium sandwiches, 1 small sandwich, no drinks, 2 bags of chips: $28.00! Really disengaged... people behind the counter. Mumbled a name when the order was ready. Place was packed. Didn?t even know they called us. Then weget home, and there is next to no meat on the sandwiches. I know this sounds petty, but 28 bucks is 28 bucks, and to go getthree sandwiches and them all have such little meat is mind boggling. It?s just bad business. And totally sucked. Read more

I usually visit this Firehouse Subs location about 2 or 3 times monthly. The Staff greets you with a robust "Welcome to... Firehouse!" when you enter. This visit was only for two 'bowl-sized' orders of Firehouse Chili. Normally, the 'bowl-size' isJUST THAT! A FULL BOWL-SIZED carryout container of Firehouse Chili. THESE bowls were just over HALF FULL!???? Of course, customers won't realize this until they've 'left the building'! I wonder if on THIS DAY they were trying to 'stretch' a limitedsupply of their Firehouse Chili at their customers' expense? Imagine the surprised look on my face when I got home and openedthose not very 'bowl-sized' BOWLS of Firehouse Chili!???????? Not very impressed after this visit to the Firehouse Subs, 3707Ellison Dr. NW, Suite #1 in Albuquerque (NM). You all should do MUCH better than THIS!???? Read more
