So I asked what brand of Root Beer they had. There is only two? A&W or Barquz. couldn?t give me an answer Didn?t get me my... drink. Messed up the order. I?m allergic to jalapeños. I?m also in labor I?m just trying to get me food so I?m not starvingwhen I have my son. Didn?t even answer when I called 7 times. Answered the first time. And hung up. Horrible customer service! To start off almost half of the menu is unavailable! The girl at the window is very unprofessional... and very rude! I had to order at the window so I spoke to her person to person and she still got my whole order wrong thenslammed the window in my face! Then I got home to find that my whole order was still wrong and two containers of food werecompletely smashed and had leaked all over the other food which completely ruined everything! Been coming to this particular location for years; where other Filiberto's failed, this one always triumphed. Until today, that... is. Two plates of carne asada fries with RAW fries. There was no line at the drive through, and no excuse for this butchery ofSan Diegan cuisine. Utterly disappointed with what was once my favorite spot to eat. Read more
Their ham torta is amazingly good it's my #1 go to whenever I stop by I definitely would recommend their tortas!
