When will they go back to eating in? Every restaurant in town has returned to dining in. What's up with Einstein. We used to... come here daily, now we get it to go there once a week and have our coffee and sit down meals elsewhere. Read more
While on holiday here in ABQ we have visited said location above three times, three different mornings. First morning, no... cinnamon and sugar. Second morning, no cinnamon and sugar. AZ is no different for the love of the cinnamon and sugar bagel, butthey usually take 1 min to quickly dip in water and mixture and I?m on my way, less time it takes making a sandwich. Thirdmorning, no cinnamon and sugar. I asked that they take the extra minute to make my order. The manager quickly said not today andbrushed off my concern and disappointment for the 1 min it would have taken to resolve the issue. So it has left me to complainabout the lack of customer service and lack of understanding the supply chain. Read more
Food is great when you don?t have eggshells in your sandwich but they have some of the rudest staff. I?ve read tons of reviews... on this location and it seems that the staff is one of the biggest customer complaints. Why has this not been addressed? I ordered on the app and rode over on my motorcycle, expecting to be able to eat here. No such luck, the dining room was still... closed. It?s not March of 2000 anymore. COVID is as over as it will ever be. If you want to stay in business, I think it?s timeto reopen.
