Yes I was in there the morning of the ninth and their system was down. I tried to place an order but no one would wait on me.... Finally a rude young kid with glasses and tattoos . Told me my son we can either wait or leave in a very rude tone. I will notbe returning. An employee working this morning 7/6/2022 with a hairstyle of a bun and shaved sides had a seriously horrible attitude. We... couldn?t seem to understand each other and instead of asking questions, this person just got frustrated and rude with me. This place used to be great and fast staff, this new staff likes to be on their phone ALOT and talk ALOT so you're waiting for... your food ALOT longer than usual. And gum girl shouldn't be chewing and popping gum while working... thats in the top 5 rules offood service. Read more
Stopped here for brunch really delicious bagels, plenty of variety, good price, quick and friendly service. I definitely... recommend it. (Jalapeno cheddar bagel /farm house). The cost is also not bad at all. I had this and the pizza bagel with a bagof chips less than 13 dollars. Read more
Lauriana and her crew made my day. Today I was randomly in Northwest Albuquerque and had a craving for a Caribou coffee. Drove... to the closest Einstein?s and found these fine folks. Actually made a fresh pot of coffee for me and set me up with a couple offree bagels just as they were getting ready to close. I would?ve been so disappointed to have the bottom of the pot that hasbeen sitting. Lauriana, the manager, asked if I had a free extra minutes and she would make a fresh out!! Outstanding!! They forgot my Pretzel Bagel. This doesn't ruin my day. I'm not mad, but this is a frequent thing that happens. Mistakes happen... in a busy environment (especially in food service). HOWEVER, It is your job to count to twelve (a dozen) and make sure it'saccurate. If anything I'm just displeased and frustrated to be the only one who did not get what they ordered. Read more
Multiple times, in a row now, the staff has been rude and acting inconvenienced by customers being there. Our order has been... wrong in some aspect each of those times too. There was no coffee or creamer. I?ll take my money else where in the future. Read more
