I was so excited for this location to open since it?s 3 min away from my house. Unfortunately the staff is very rude and the... drinks they give are not to the quality and standards of the other dutch bros locations around town. If I am paying 6.50 for acoffee I?d love to have a great experience, unlike the one that is provided here. I gave it a try a couple of times but eachtime was worse. I will now go out of my way to avoid this location and go the the Dutch bros on Unser to get my coffee fix. Read more
I have been a long time customer of Dutch Bros (various cities and states) and could not wait for this location to open. To say... I am disappointed, is a total understatement. The staff, mainly young teenagers, are so unfriendly (which is not the norm forany Dutch Bros). Normally, if a mistake is made on a drink, they give you the 'mistake' and remake the proper drink. Not thislocation. They pour it out or ask you to pour it out. When asked why they don't give it to you (as most locations do), theysimply state, "you did not pay for it so we can't give it to you" .. um, throwing it out is wasting money as well. Isn't thatthe same thing? Come on Dutch, you can do much better. And what's up with flies in your drink? Absolutely disgusting! Don'tbecome like that other big coffee chain. Read more
I've been here yesterday and today, had such great experiences! We had a dutch soda and a couple blended lemonades yesterday, a... dutch freeze and a rebel drink today. All of them were made correctly and were soOoo delicious. I'm excited to try every flavor.My husband is a new fan too, so very happy with the service!! Read more

Just went by yesterday since we were excited to have a DB close to the crib now. They are always such kind people at every... location I've gone to, even out of state. We were looking to buy their shirts but since they don't sell them we were given someadvice where to look so we did appreciate them at least trying to be helpful. I feel like if you have a bad experience at aDutch Bros you are most likely the problem. Read more

Sweet mother of monkey milk and all things that are good and holy in this world! Dutch Bros., where have you been all our lives?... This place is truly fantastic! Sure, they may take longer than some of your other chains, but it is worth the wait! As selfproclaimed coffee snobs, we give this place a massive HECK YES! Their menu isn?t huge and extensive, but who needs that sortathing? Especially when: 1) You can literally make any drink in any way you want. Hot, iced or frozen blended. THAT ISAWESOME! 2) At least a dozen sugar free syrup options. You can make pretty much any drink sugar free and low carb! Does thismean I can have have a sugar free frappe? Why yes Jennifer, you can! 3) Friendly faces. The general manager took our order andwas very friendly and offered suggestions. 4) Small footprint means less waste and is just plain cute!
