This is the worst domino's experience I've ever had! I order a cheese dip,pasta and a pizza which was horrible it was all burnt.... Call the store spoke with the manager he told me I had a credit under my number Which that was a lie.. super bad experience badcustomer service (josh) and the worst food ever.. I have been on the phone for the past 20 min trying to get Leo the manager onthe phone to get my money refunded don?t lose your time and money on this store. Horrible experience if I could I would give this dominos zero stars. We ordered online for pick up. We had a 24 to 34 minute... wait time. Instead what we got was over and hour of additional wait. We ordered 3 medium pizzas and instead we received 3 smallones. By the time it was our turn to pick it up the pizza it was cold. I will never buy from this domino ever again. Normally we don't have a bad experience at this location, but today it was painfully bad. We "earned" a free pizza and called... multiple times to corporate and location trying to redeem it. No one knew the answer on how. A free pizza requires you to buyanother item. When we got to the location we waited over 5 minutes for someone to help us. Per employee the pressure platedidn't ring him. Employee was friendly but we were frustrated at this point. Read more

We are really disappointed with this particular store. We?ve frequented this store for better than several years, however this... particular exchange came with new management and a total lack of customer service or interpersonal skills. It started with thecall in order. The store would not be able to deliver are order for longer than 3 hours(totally unacceptable). We placed ourorder at 11pm knowing that we would get our order no more than 30 minutes based on history together. We opted to go for instead.They assured us it would be ready in 30 minutes. We arrived 45 minutes afterward only to find out that one of their employeeswas arguing with an irate customer. Needle to say our order was not ready or even started. All in all we waited for 90 minutesfor and order that was promised to be completed within 30 minutes. With much disappointment our food was cold and the the crustundercooked. The manager did not have the professionalism to discuss the variables that led up to mediocre service. He had hisemployees do his job while they were advocating an apologetic for the management lack of leadership. Well, I suppose nothinglast forever(good service). This stores leadership showed no remorse or compassion for their customers and the currentcircumstances due to high food costs and economic turbulence. Good luck with your P & L reports!!! Read more
Awfull. Took over an hour in the drive up lane. No apologies were givin for the wait. And still got our order wrong. You... literally had over and hour to get it right. We will not be returning to this location. Very disappointing. Could have offered asoda or water for the inconvenience of the wait time. Frozen pizza is looking alot better the dominoz now! Read more
