The service was very terrible. The place lied about the order, they said 30 to 40 minutes. After 40 minutes passed I called the... place, asked about the order and whoever answered the phone me gave attitude. Says "I have alot of orders and your order is onthe bottom and the order will not be ready for another two hours, it will be longer if I keep talking on the phone". Calledafter 1 1/2 hours, I the order was not made yet. I got alot of excuses from the order is in the oven to, it's ready but thereare no drivers to deliver. Asked to speak to management and was told that I had to wait 15 until I can talk to him. Very VeryUNPLEASANT to run a business. No Customer service!!!!! worst experience ever had in my life.... rude staff.... no greetings.... we went to the restaurant and it was a quiet evening...... waited for sometime... no one approached us.... checked with a lady in the front and she rudely said the other guy will be therefor us... again we waited for 10 mins before the guy approached us for the order... again no greetings nothing.... asked him howlong it gonna take for our order to get ready and he told should be ready in less than 15 mins.... then he went to deliver thefood... we waited for 30 mins for our order.. then again approached the lady in the front and called her 3-4 times and shesimply ignored without any answer like I am doesn't even exist... she didn't even looked at me.... then approached the other guyto check on our order... call him also 3-4 times and even he didn't looked at me and simply ignored.... then again I went to thelady and called her to check on our order and then she finally replied with a angry tone that the guy will take care.... theother guy came with our order and hand it over to us and he was starring at me like I was an alien.... no greetings nothing....didn't expected such a super bad experience with a pizza giant like Domino's... very rude staff, on greetings, disrespecting theguest, wasting time etc. wont be ever coming back and also won't suggest this place to any my friends and family :-)) wouldhave given minus star ratings if available Read more
Do not order from here. Two orders in a row on different days had wrong and missing food, and sat so long between being cooked... and delivery everything was lukewarm and gross, at best. Why are you cooking the food so quickly if you are just going to let itsit for 30 minutes? I wouldn't have an issue with a long delivery time if the food was actually still edible. Read more
This store said they delivered my order, they didn't. Then they found my pizza, when I asked to refund the lady who answered... didn't want to then when I asked for her name she sat silent and then she just hung up after I waited for my delivery for anhour and 20 mins, then 13mins on hold for anyone to answer the phone. This is the worst dominos I have ever been to...it's the closest to my house but every time I've ordered there, at least 4... separate occasions, I'm left sitting in the lobby for at least 45min waiting for my order after it says it's ready onlinebecause it somehow just doesn't exist anymore when I get there...also never any apology for loosing my order or anything and themost recent time the manager was chastising the employees infront of me in the lobby.
