On 6/16/2021 i placed an online order for delivery. 2 Large pizzas,bread bites, and 2 liter. 2 hours later the delivery driver.... Only shows up with the bread bites. Talking about ?thats it?. i called to cancel the order cause me and my family were NOT gonnawait another 2 hours. karol the manager was EXTREMELY rude about the situation, and was arguing and arguing. She then puts theexcuse of ?i just got here? yeah right.. a week later and still haven?t received my refund. Definitely wont be buying fromdominos anymore. Not the first time ive had bad experience at this particular dominos..just thought i should share this time.. Read more
When you go in for a reasonable request and get flipped off by an employee you wonder how poor Mr Buthurt deals with real irrate... customers. Still waiting for the franchise rep to call me back. One thing is for sure. When I just checked the adress I saw thatit was "less busy than usual" and frankly, I'm not surprised. Oh and Mr Owner. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any pizza company. I tried to place an order online for a pickup later in the... day, but the website kept crashing. I then called the store and placed an order of 7 pizzas for pickup at 8pm. I get to thestore at 7:50pm to let them know I was there and to pay for the order. I then proceeded to wait in my car for 30 minutes untilthe order was then brought out to me. This was supposed to be done at 8pm and I didn?t receive my pizza until 8:21. I wassupposed to be at a meeting with the pizza at that same time, so I was late to my work meeting and got scolded by my bossbecause of Domino?s mistake. I don?t even think they started the pizzas until I arrived at 7:50pm. This was the worst experienceever and I will not be giving my money to this location anymore. The manager tried to make up for it with a free 2 liter, whichI appreciated, but it still does not justify the pizzas being ready 21 minutes after they were supposed to be done and my bossgetting angry with me for my tardiness. Cancelling my Domino's reward membership. Earned my first free pizza and it was only for a $12.99 limit, can't really get a... decent pizza for that price. Landed up paying almost $9 more. Got the pizza home, a medium is now the size of a small and thehandtossed crust was as thin as a tortilla. I'll stick to Papa Murphy's. Read more
