This is the second time I?ve had an issue ordering from this location. Last time we arrived to pick up our order and they hadn?t... even started. Keep in mind it was slow and there were about 10 people on staff all of which were in the back talking andlistening to music and took about 3 minutes to come out and assist me. This most recent time (11/1/22) I called to check thestatus of my order because there was no notification it was arriving. When I called I was told that they were just putting it inthe oven (at least 45 minutes after I placed the order) so I waited about a full hour and finally received my order (it wassomeone else?s) then I had to wait to for the driving to bring me the correct food, and also did not bring the drinks. So I hadto wait for him to bring the drinks, by the time I started eating my food it was literally a pizza with 2 slices of sauce,cheese, and toppings. The rest was straight melted cheese on bread with some toppings (which is not what I requested). Usually apizza is made with sauce on the entire thing however this time it wasn?t the case. It already sucked that we waited an hour toget our food, but to have received the wrong order, PLUS no drinks, PLUS not even the correct pizza requested is a huge hugeerror. I knew I shouldn?t have gone back the first time I had issues but I decided to give grace and try again despite otherchoices I had to choose from at the moment but it?s safe to say I for SURE won?t be giving another chance. Service and food wasterrible, and I?d rather have a full refund than to be forced to eat their food again because I?m only given some 20% coupon for?next time?. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered the night before and scheduled the delivery the next day at 12:15pm. No communication on what was going on. Waited till... 1pm to call and ask. They said it should be there soon. 1:30pm called again and canceled the order. I placed the order the nightbefore for a reason. Hopefully I get my debt card refunded. We will see. Clean and bright. Everyone was busy making pizzas when I went to pick up my order. You can find your order on the screen... overhead with its status. There is plenty of parking outside and if you don't want to leave your car, just park at the curbsidedelivery spot and check in. Your order will be carried out to you. Placed an order for delivery. I forgot a suite number but there are only 4 businesses at the address and driver did not bother... to even get out and chexk. Order got cacheck. An dwas notified by email only of this. 5 to 7 day to get my prepaid money back! They said they called me but no message ever left even when cancelled. Last time I EVER ORDER DOMINOS AGAIN! manager had noanswer for anything! Read more
