A well-oiled machine! First time there and it was amazing to just observe waiting for my pick-up order of a probably 25+person... kitchen team/staff (mostly 18-mid 20's aged) crank out order after order. Food was great, as expected. And I watched them handlegrumpy ppl with grace and professionalism. Major props to this team! Read more
My favorite pizza is the Tuscany, with extra pine nuts. Last three times I ordered this pizza they completely ignored by... request for extra pine nuts. Twice, they offered me raw pine nuts to add on myself. That's like giving me cold pepperoni toadd on if I were to order extra pepperoni. One manager told me that pine nuts are expensive - I didn't expect to get them freeof charge. I'm willing to pay for them. Another manager was very nice and asked me to tell the person taking my order to makenote of the "extra pine nuts"........I didn't know it was my job to tell them how to do theirs. I was offered another pizzawhich I ordered a couple of days later "with extra pine nuts" and guess what? No extra pine nuts! I give up! Read more
Great food when they get it right. This business is ran by a bunch of high-school kids which would be great if there would be... people also that had more experience with customer service. Our order was all messed up, we explained and requested a manager3 times to no avail only for a person to roll her eyes at us as finally the manager came to the desk. We waited 40 minutes for2 half salads and a 10in pizza. Read more
Love the online order option! Drive thru window is a little bit of a wait during busy evening times. But pizza here is worth... it! Salads are fresh and I do Love the green chili ranch dressing. And also the treats cookies and brownies. Read more
