Love me some Denny's and I eat at this location twice a month. But .WOW. tonight was a hot ???? mess. No salads available. ... Ruby the waitress was lost in her own World ????. French toast was dry and hard..not even the butter and syrup would softenit. Short staffed..only half the restaurant was open with availability for seating. Large group took presidents over smallertables. Party of 6 and party of 3 left in front of me...guess that should have been a warning sign...but I'm always willing togive people a chance. As the guy paying in front of me said...can't believe I'm even paying my bill...but who's gonna want toeven here my feedback with all these kids running the place. I did pay my bill and the guy at the register did give us a 20%discount taken off our bill. But he did go to our table and check to see that 80% of the food was not eaten and stated weshould have informed our waitress. Well, we would have but she was never around or available. Read more
I had breakfast fairly early on a Sunday morning. There was a moderate number of customers. It seems the staff worked well... together and my server was active and on his own recognized when the sun rose to a point I was looking into full sun. Hequickly went to the windows across the room and lowered the blinds. They provided a hot, full breakfast for a reasonable price. Read more
A couple times a month, I stop by for breakfast during the wee hours of the am. Waiter Brandy is a treasure! She always gives... a warm greeting no matter how busy she may be. As if moving on skates, Brandy keeps the orders coming out and clearing tables. Let her know if you need to leave by a certain time and she will make sure your food gets to you when you need it. If I could rate a negative review I would. Completely dead restaurant, there were 2 other tables eating. I was in with my 2 year... old son out for a father son dinner. It took about 3 minutes to get sat at a table, okay no big deal. She got us our drinksquickly. But then.... Nothing! She just never took our order. Another party came in and she took care of them. The waitress justwandered around the restaurant aimlessly. Meanwhile my hungry toddler is getting cranky. This was my night out with my kid nowit's ruined. I just had to walk out.
