I absolutely love this place. Maybe not everything on the menu and maybe the long wait times can be a little frustrating if you... go at a busy time, but that speaks to how great the food is and that there is something for everyone. My personal favorite:Chicken Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes and collard greens and an extra side of green beans. Try any of the locations...I'veeaten CB in Arkansas (first time), New Mexico (all of the ABQ locations) and we get our Thanksgiving dinner here! Five Star review for parking my RV overnight. Unfortunately we weren't able to be good customers because we were in and out, but... the parking lot was great if you're an RVer on the road. Tight turnarounds if you have a big rig but we did it. The restaurantand gift shop looked very clean inside even though we were there after hours. Parking lot very clean. Read more

I have always wanted to stop at a Cracker Barrel and I finally got my chance. Lots to look at. Sadly so much was from China.... Food great. I ordered a Chicken Fried Chicken and a Biscuits and Gravy to go. NEITHER of them had gravy on top or on the side. How do you... forget something thats in the dishes name?? I never asked for no gravy, because I love their sawmill gravy. It literally says Iordered it on the receipt. This is the second time this has happened and I am very disappointed. This location must be under new management. Tonight, they lost 2 long-time customers forever. While our last FEW orders have... been incorrect, I am going to focus the the latest for this review. I wanted to utilize curbside this evening... I showed upat the correct time and checked in online. Waited for 15 minutes. Nothing. Called the number on the sign. Rang and rang. Noanswer. Checked in again online and waited another 10 minutes with no response. Finally, my wife went inside and there was ourorder sitting on a shelf. Room temp & ignored. When we got the order home, we realized that they had forgotten an entire dinner,sides & dessert. I called and spoke with a manager and he said they would remake our order and asked for 25-30 minutes. Again,I showed up at the appropriate time and this time I went inside. Obviously, my order had not even been started because I waited30 minutes. I checked the order and, again, missing items that I asked for. They had to go get them. Obviously, I didn't checkthe order thoroughly enough because when I got home, my wife pointed out that we were STILL missing an item. I am veryforgiving in light of the current labor shortage but this is absolutely unacceptable. The complete lack of attention to detailand overall indifference to the fact that I now had 2 hours invested in a STILL incorrect order is shocking. Extremely dissatisfied first the service was extremely poor. We waited 15 mins and it was dead then the waiter said you know... what you want with out asking for what we will have to drink. I did let him know we been waiting already for 15 mins he saidI've been busy with a large table with attitude!!! We ordered our food I asked for a side salad before my meal. Waited andwaited and waited then he brings us our drinks and salad walks away then walks back and brings us our meals was missing a sidetold him when he brought the bill he walks away and brings the side! I never had this kind of service anywhere before!!! So I placed an order my ticket says 8:14 and arrived at 830 said online I had arrived and we?ll 25 minutes later nothing. So I... call and and 10 minutes later nothing call back ask to speak to the manager I mean why offer curb side right? (I wasn?tproperly dressed why I did curbside) well I expressed my frustration and she laughed and said ok ma?am and as I was stilltalking hung up on me .So she gets to me (short petite lady with curly hair) I tell her how unprofessional she is and she blamedthe staff.
