WOW! has this location gone down hill.They forgot our biscuits, gave us old dried out chicken,would not make us fresh spicy... chicken.We ordered 16 pcs family meal spicy and got 7thighs 1leg and 8 breast wing portion only! and only 7 pcs were spicy.Would not answer the phone,called the next day to file a complaint the person said they were the manager (sam) and would replacethe chicken and biscuits, then when I started to tell her all the things that were wrong with the order she didn't want to hearit and started telling me all her problems and why I didn't get my order, I interrupted her and said with all due respect that'snot my problem. I'M just the paying customer and want what I payed for. She hung up on me! And no one answered the phone.Stayaway from this location! nobody cares about the customer! Read more
If there was an option for 0 Stars that's what they deserve. (Based On todays expierience) The chicken was old and dry the okra... was burnt and literally empty. When you squeeze the okra, they poppoed because they were hollow. The coleslaw was very cold andlimp as tho it had been frozen. I wanted nothing but to inform the manager in charge to avoid more complaints. After explianing,all of that he said it was a lie, i asked for the name and phone number of his boss, he informed me that No one was above him. His exact response was i am as high up as you are going to get! Then slammed tbe phone down. I even offered to send him thesepictures instead of posting them here. But that only angered him more..
