I went around 8pm the other night a sarcastic girl told me it would be an hour for chicken when there was no one there!! They... would have people go thru the drive thru and tell them we are sorry for the inconvenience but we won't have chicken for 30minutes they told some people an hour!! I was so angry!! Told me to pull forward and wait 1 minute for Fies, after waiting 15 minutes I went inside and they were just standing around... and asked what I wanted? I said my food as I looked at a full bin of fries. They gave me altitude so I asked for refund then hadto wait for the manager to get out of bathroom. They told her I wanted a refund and the only thing she said to me was I needyour card! I asked for District managers name and number and she refused to give to me! Worst service ever!! Every time I go to this location they always make me wait 15 to 20 minutes. They never have chicken made... and when they do its always dark meat. I have tried to complain but they hang up on me or basically tell me I can wait or notwait for my chicken. I'm like you make one item!! Do not recommend. So much mayonnaise on the chicken sandwich. The pickles were also COLD and the chicken had black spots on it.... I only ate it because I was hungry and I was on a road trip. Soda was also so bad and there was no ice. Restrooms were also notclean. First one-star review I leave on Google maps. So disappointed. You can see what is wrong with the food right off the bat ! I called and the person i spoke to was the one who packed it and he... acted like there was nothing wrong with it ! Then hung up on me when i asked for his supervisor ! He said your going to have togive her a min i said that was fine ill wait as long as i have to then he rudely hung up on me ! I cant believe howunprofessional this location is ! Its disgusting that they even had the adacity to send food like that. Make it again if youhave to! Dry burned chicken asked for biscuits no biscuits one corn asked for 2. Mac and cheese dry and sticky asked for legs and thighs... got only thighs. Asked for large m. potatoes got 2 small one no gravy. The attitude in this place sucks try calling the placethey never answer took me 4 days to reach the manager. Went tonight to pick up food it was close to closing. Liz was amazing. So sweet even put new fries because the ones there had... been sitting. She should be commended it's rare to get good customer service. Liz should be a role model for all workers atchurches. Read more
