Placed my online order at 7:11pm. I ordered the 10pc family meal under Alexander and the order should have been ready at 7:26 as... that is what the email said. I showed up at 7:36 just to make sure it was ready and was told to park in the front and they willhave it right out. I waited in the parking lot until 7:55 and finally my husband went in to see what was going on. The employeesdid not give any explanation on what was going, and told him "We are just waiting on the chicken". The employees did not haveany remorse and were just messing around the whole time.
