The gentlemen working to fulfill the birthday party for my son was outstanding. This place has been in business for decades, and... I appreciate the hard work the employees did to make my son?s 3rd birthday amazing. They served our party, kept the party going,sang happy birthday, and brought candles for my son?s cake - with no hesitation. The pizza was very very tasty!!! Good job on that, but the workers weren't the friendliest they could've been, granted it was... slow but still every little kid should feel welcomed and my son was a little hurt when he didn't get a hi from one of theworkers, and some of the games are down or don't work to well. Still a good place to blow off like 30 to 45 with your kiddosthat air conditioned. Read more
This is is ok. The games are really cheep, 1 to 3 points each. It's fit for younger kids and parties. Not so much for older... kids or just a quick family night. The kids can play each of the games in about 30 mins. 90% are ticket games and the other 10%and normal arcade games. I would suggest it for a party, but no much else. Read more
Great place for kids to have fun! My family enjoyed the activity they have over there. Lots of pictures with the little ones.... The host was gross he was just picking his nose left and right searching for gold and then want to stamp me with the tools hetouched. Heck no you will not touch me with that booger fingers. Seems like the employees over there are not happy working. Allthe employees has a dull face and will be like how are you, what do you want? js! That?s the only downside of this place is thecustomer service. The pizza was good it wasn?t bland, it was fresh and cooked right. Overall it?s a great place for kids toenjoy and have fun. Read more
Unfortunately, the staff was not very attentive. The games and tables weren't cleaned with the 2 hour period we were there... either. A few of the games were broken/missing parts to play. The women's restroom smelled like urine. Covid and other bugsexist and I think the establishment should focus on keeping it clean for the customers and especially the kids. You know theyare making money with the cost of buying time or tokens to play the games. Disappointed, but my kids love going there. Maybe weneed to find another location next time. Read more
Fun place for little kids. Not too loud and is pretty clean. Pizza is fine. The game points for prizes don't seem to add up as... quickly as they do at other game play businesses, but for kids 7 and under Chuck E Cheese has good and age appropriate games. Read more
Nice place freindly staff good pizza .. a little pricy .. most of games are for small kids.. alot of the games were out of... order. The grand kids did have fun though. Read more
My children love chuck e. Cheese since they where little i try to bring them when ever we are in alburquerque different location... same good time it was not crowded so he had a mazing time playing i got him 30 minutes for $15.00 dollars . Read more
