They accept cash but don't? Only exact change? When someone in front of you pays with exact change that means there's now change... in the register to make change for the next person in line correct?... Don't just assume everyone can or will pay with a card...If the food wasn't for my 5 year old daughter I would have left the food there for them to deal with and I would have went andate somewhere else. Will never go back except maybe to place a large order and try to pay cash again ????...Mr manager, banksmake change. You just have to take them money and they will change it for you so your shift is set for lots of paying customers. Read more

I went in when late, about 9pm, and was able to get my order placed. I was worried because I was waiting on the crew to finish... with their orders. The food was good overall though I was a bit concerned by the specks of food around the counter from whatseems like a late night rush. It was obviously the end of the shift for some employees as I saw they were getting orders made,paying, hanging out, etc. Read more

Every time I walk into a chipotle, I experience good customer service. Even where other businesses have let customer service... decline, Chipotle stands tall. Today was no exception. I was served by HANNAH who, despite being new, was extremely kind andhelpful. Everyone at Chipotle deserves a bonus. Read more

Worst Chipotle in America? 0 stars if I could. I waited 35 min in the drive through with only a handful of cars in front of me... only to get cold food that was not what I had incorrect anyway. Food tastes like garbage. I've had better food from TB and Idon't like TB. Garbage employees who don't care about their job. Read more

I picked up my online order through the thru and had ordered a steak bowl. Went to eat and there was no steak. Drove all the way... back and they gave me a little container of steak to add to the bowl which is fine with me (it was the proper size of 4 oz,which only equated to about 10 total pieces of steak which is way less than you would normally get if its not shoved into alittle togo container for salsa, I recommend being more consistent with portion sizes, this doesn't bother me however otherpeople may throw a massive fit about it if the portions aren't always the same) but I feel like an "I'm sorry about that" or anapology would have made this experience a little bit better? I have had other issues with this specific Chipotle location in thepast that were pretty minor but just super inconvenient (staff says theres utensils in the sealed togo bag, ends up being noutensils, missing items from togo order like missing sour cream in the bowl, missing cheese, etc.). I know it was an honestmistake and this location is fairly new so I am not going to say "never ever eat here," at least the staff is friendly. I'm moreupset that I had to drive all the way back and didn't really get an apology. I can excuse missing cheese, sour cream, but thesteak bowl alone with guacamole is almost $14 on its own, I would hope the most expensive items in the bowl are in there beforesealing it and giving it to the customer through the drive thru (especially because we don't get to see what's going into it ifits an online order). If the staff would just do a double take for online orders before packaging them and make sure everythingis in the bag (correct order, utensils, napkins, etc.) then this location will be running like the others. Also want to say Ihave never had issues when ordering in the store, I think its just the online orders need a little bit of work. Read more

I want full heartedly to love this location? They are close to home and I love the ?Chipotlane?! First handful of times the food... was good, just not consistent portions. The staff at the window have been friendly, so I don?t want this to bring them down.Unfortunately last night we didn?t check our orders before leaving, and ended up paying the price when we got home. PLEASE donot leave without checking your orders! I literally ate a grilled tortilla, there was barely a speck of cheese (see photos forreference), and paying $8.50 for that really sucked. Praying it doesn?t continue like this. UPDATE: On 4/28, I ordered anothercheese quesadilla 2 days lays later. It also had NO cheese, and this time no salsa either. Really not sure what is going on withthis location but management needs to fix it, asap! Read more

Very inconsistent portions. We were disappointed that one of the meals we got was almost half as much food (375 grams vrs 662... grams). The heavier one was the same entre/items ordered as the lighter one. I?m still hungry?.. Before you drive off withyour to go order, double check that no meals feel super light?. EDIT: Now 4 stars (up from 2) After dinner, I stopped back inand the manager apologized and they offered to make me another of that item. Mistakes happen, this location is just gettinggoing. But, do still double check your order isn?t half-size before you leave. Read more

So nice to have Chipotle ?in the neighborhood?! Had my first takeout yesterday - used online ordering: very simple and fast!... Love the Burrito Bowls and the fresh ingredients - the aroma of ?hot off the grill? wafted through the drive-up window! ????Will try dine-in next time! Read more
