I hate to give a one star review and seldomly do, but this time it is warranted. I was not even going to leave a one star... review, until I looked at the many recent bad experiences with this location and realized that they were not having a bad day,but rather this location clearly lacks leadership. As others have mentioned, this location is greedy with their portion sizes.After spending nearly $24 on two burritos, I was disappointed to see two emaciated burritos that we would call lunch. Besidesseveral mistakes made with the burritos, the guacamole I ordered on one at a cost of $2.65 did not make an appearance tillnearly the end of the burrito and such little was provided the taste was all but elusive. It has been a while since I have beento a Chipotle, so maybe they changed their business model. If so, I think it is disappointing. If not, then this restaurant isran by someone that is either greedy or incompetent, because this was unlike any previous experience at a Chipotle. Read more

I really love how we can pick items to make our own bowls of creation of delicious foods! Thank you ! It was all prepared and... ready for our pick up with no waiting and enjoyed eating it right outside on the patio. It was a busy staff night but wentsmoothly with our pre order! Most disappointing order ever. Disgusting and not even what I ordered. No cheese or salsa just dry flavorless chicken and... lettuce. Cauliflower rice when I asked for actual rice. The employees were rude when I picked up the order. See picture forreference to the quality of food. Read more

Unbelievable! I know service and quality has decreased over the last couple years but there is a minimum expectation. Ordered... a bowl and it was 1/3 filled! Not even half! How can this be ok? Complete fail Chipotle! Quality check your employees work. Read more

Staff at this location will treat you like you're at MDC waiting to get some cafeteria food! They are rude, senseless, and don't... answer questions. They skip on protein and food portions. You will definitely enjoy a $10 bowl of lettuce and cheese!! Avoidthis location!!! And fire the staff! They are worthless! Maybe you could recommend the staff getting high after work instead! The location wasn?t really clean. I made a pick up order.for 8:40. I got there at 8:50. I gave the lady my name and she made it... seem like she didn?t see it. So I assumed it wasn?t ready. After waiting for almost 10 minutes, a young man ask me for my nameand grabs my bag from the bottom shelf. A bag that had been sitting there the entire time! I get to my room and the food iscold, the tacos are sloppy and my order was incomplete. Very disappointed. I only give two because the man who helped andapologized. Read more

Rice was under cooked. I tried taking it out, that didn?t work. Had to throw it all out. Every bite was crunchy. ????

Okay so the below post was a one time thing when they were learning the new machine... since then all orders at the coors... location perfect. Though i still wish there was a better way than to put cold drinks on warm Burritos Chipotle has lost myvote. I love this place! So sad now that the quesadilla is on the menu it is horrible. This first one fell on the floor thesecond was smashed in two and crammed into the box. Would need a fork to eat it. They happily re-maid it but now its alltortilla, small amount of cheese, and a couple pieces of steak! Boo! If you are coming here for the quesadilla don't bother.... Read more
