Wish I could give 0 stars. Girl in front had an attitude. Idk what it is in some places nowadays. No one?s friendly and it?s an... inconvenience to be serving people. I walked at Starbucks for years. I did it. The attitude is real here. Slow service. Coldfood. Just go elsewhere. Read more

Gone three times over the past 3 months to this location. Staff in consistently rude, even though they?re not the same every... time. They don?t know the menu and charged me the wrong price two out of three times. Stingy on the meats and rice? starting tohate chipotle, especially when the price has been higher every time I go. Twelve dollars for a 3-pointer burrito now, absolutelyabsurd. I?d blame inflation except that a 40% increase in price is hardly inflationary. Read more

I did not eat here. I drove to this location to purchase dinner. My husband saw a commercial for a new entree, and i was happy... to try it too. After waiting in line, i started my order. The young man helping me informed me that what i wanted was onlyavailable from online ordering. So, i guess i couldve ordered it online on my phone there, but i decided to leave. I find itcompletely absurd that i was there, money in hand, and preferential treatment is given to a "potential" order. I will not beback. Read more

I love coming to chipotle. The food is fresh and good. Sometimes they?re a little skimpy on the protein though and I don?t... recommend ordering online or through door dash. Photo 2 was an actual photo of a door dash salad I received. So, go in person ordon?t order! I emailed them about the order but they never emailed back. Read more

Always delicious and made fresh, just the way you like it. I was surprised to learn Chipotle offers spinach and spring greens in... their salads. That made for an extra healthy lunch. If you haven?t had their honey vinaigrette dressing, you?re missingout. Great food and good service. Read more

For the last 5 online/mobile orders (all at varying times of the day) in a row they have been consistently 10-15 minutes later... than the expected time with one going 30 minutes past it?s promised time. The portions are adequate when the option for extracheese, lettuce, beans are selected in app. The food itself is consistently prepared the same. Interaction with staff is usuallylack luster. I have been going to this Chipotle for years, and this was my first bad experience, but it was a doozie. Ordered online and... arrived at my projected completion time. Food isn't ready - no worries! Sit down and wait for about 10 minutes before gettingup and politely asking the cashier if she can check on my order. She steps to the back and returns and does not say a word orupdate me on my order - no worries! I'm sure that just means they're working on it. Wait another 10 minutes. By this time theyhave literally no line, and yet no one up front is working on online orders. I go up and ask if someone can make my order sincethey have no line. The cashier now asks to see my phone to confirm I actually placed an order - like I'm sitting in Chipotle for30 minutes for fun. I show her my phone and finally we're in action. They make my order and when complete the cashier just kindof throws the bag at me. No, 'sorry for the wait,' no, 'thanks for waiting,' not even a, 'thanks for coming in' - nothing. Justhands off the order and walks away. I get it - things happen and you get behind. But the idea I waited in my order 20-30minutes after its completion time, then the staff acted like I was the one in the wrong as there was no line and no one workingon online orders is the exact way NOT to handle customer service. Every time I get a to go it takes at least 10-15 minutes longer than the expected time. I have to check on double meat and I... have complained several times. Last straw was today when I told them my order was 12 minutes past the time 35 minutes from whenI placed the order on line. I told the counter person and sat back down. No one even called me when it was ready. Had to go backup and look for it. It was sitting there. Would have been nice to have been notified after waiting. They knew I was right theresitting waiting.
