I love this place and never have any complaints but today was probably the first bad experience I?ve had here. I ordered 2 Cobb... salads and 2 deluxe meals and ALL four of my Hi-c fruit punch drinks tasted like WATER! no sugar whatsoever. Also the fries weresuper dry and soggy. Carryout option seems way slower than drive thru but they always have such a large drive thru line. There's only like 1 person... handling carryout orders so it takes a while even if you order on the app. The dine in its great though and we love thefood! Update: i ordered on the app and my order took 30 minutes to complete. That is just ridiculous! Then when i got home orealized that they put fried chicken on my salad not grilled like ordered. There were at least 30 other people waiting foreverfor their orders as well. Read more
Largely fine. Drive through was crazy as usual. Atmosphere felt a little hectic inside. The cashier forgot to give me a sign,... so the person bringing the order just wandered the store asking people if my order belonged to them. Sandwich was fine. Clearly a little old, and very overdone, but tasty enough. Read more
I used the drive through and the line was huge, anyway, it went really fast and everything was ok. The grilled nuggets are... really good and their restaurants are usually clean. A good option for a quick bite or to eat on your way. Recommended!! Read more
Wow! Normally Chick-fil-A has great service. I drove up at 6:30 am. I was the only customer there. The young lady ( Lexi) took... my order. She accepted my payment. Then walked away to do other duties. Ten minutes later she returned to window. Not normalfor this franchise. Read more
I tried to go inside the restaurant to pickup my mobile order but it was closed. They weren't letting anyone go inside to pickup... their order and they weren't doing curbside delivery. I waited in the drive thru line for 40 minutes to get my food. Once Ipulled up to the window the lady asked if I was Alexander and when I said yes she laughed at me as if there was something wrongwith me or there was some kind of joke at my expense. When I got my food home the chick fil a sauce was missing, the 2x 30 countnuggets I ordered were both only about half there and the nuggets were hard and tasted like they had been sitting out for thelast day. If I could post zero stars I would. I don't know if it's because I made a big order or because I am Native American but the... cashier Dan O' Bryan was rude as well as the person handing out my food. I have had past experience being treated less than theperson next to me. The cashier was ready to tell me the total of my order when I told him I had another order and was notfinished. He physically looked annoyed. I've worked in customer service before and I know the basics about greeting and makingthe customer feel welcomed. He did the opposite. The person handing my food literally put it on a rolling cart as I made my wayto him stating that it was my order he called. He never looked at me nor did he stop to hand me my food. I took it off the cart.Rude. I get that if business gets busy you focus on orders but customers are just as important. I don't ever rant or make areview but this was the most I have felt disrespected. I like Chick-fil-A, but they could use more training in customer service. Read more
I used to really love coming to this location but I don't think I will bother anymore. I used to place a mobile order ahead of... time and go to pick it up in the lobby, and even then my food wasn't ready when I got there sometimes. Then, the app stoppedletting me choose pick up in the lobby, so today I was forced to go through the drive thru which took around 20-25 minutes. Ialso went to order inside the store during the afternoon, but the door was locked and I could still see people inside. Read more
